I never write reviews, but felt compelled to because at Garcia, customer service is an oxymoron. I was in Garcia to arrange the servicing of my bike, and also to buy a new custom Scout. I met Paul in sales first, and can say he is way too good for this dealership. A true gentleman. However, the service manager is a complete ass. He didnt even look up or acknowledge me in any when Paul tried to introduce me as a potential new customer. He made it clear he wanted nothing to do with me. Little did that jerk know that not only am Im a cash buyer, I am very loyal to the Indian brand and the Senior Managment team at Polaris. As close as Garcia is to my home in Cary, I will never buy or service my bike here. In addition to shelling out $30k for a Roadmaster, I have spent thousands of dollars in accessories and gear this year. Because of that rude idiot, Garcia will never see a dime from me. Read the other reviews that support my argument about the service manager. Many of the employees and customers alike think the service guy is a total jerk, but the owner keeps him for some reason. What a way to kill a business before you even get going. If you are about service, do what I do and go all the way to Charlotte, Greensboro, or Fayetteville. All those owners truly care about their customers and represent and service the Indian brand with class. Posting this on Linkedin as well.

First of all, the service line is never answered and left messages take three or more days to be returned. My two visits to the shop have also been a waste of time as the first time the (very pleasant) gentleman behind the counter tried to convince me to go to an independent mechanic and the second time, having waited all day for a call and not hearing anything, I rented a trailer to take non-running bike to the shop and was told that they are not doing any work on KTMs until further notice! Maybe some notice on the website, or answering the telephone may be considered some sort of customer service, but both were sadly lacking. I will never waste my time with this place again and will take the extra time to go to Sport Durst in Durham, where they do what they advertise! Shame I cant give it 0 stars!

I recently purchased a 2017 Indian Roadmaster from Garcia Moto. I went in to purchase the bike and their internet was down (which also took out their phones). This meant that they could not run their finance programs, work with the bank, or check my trade value. Every member of their team worked to get the sale done. They absolutely went above and beyond to make me happy. Steve was a great salesman and Paul, the Indian sales manager, was great to deal with. This was by far the most pleasant purchase experience I have had with any dealer to include car dealerships. I will definitely be back to purchase the inevitable upgrades and for my services. Thank you to all of the employees at Garcia Moto for making my purchase experience fantastic and getting me on the bike before a long weekend!

In November I bought a used KTM from Paul at Garcia Moto; worst buying experience in my nearly 50 years of motorcycling. Ive only been able to ride the bike back and forth in front of our house a few times while trying to address a succession of major mechanical issues: radiator, carb, petcock, brake calipers, various gaskets and seals (first time I checked the oil, the crankcase turned out to be full of gas). And much time has been spent seeking non-OEM parts compatible with unavailable OEM stuff. This bike was woefully misrepresented. Now its stopped getting any spark, so Im either going to resign myself to chasing down electrical gremlins, or have a very satisfying bonfire in the driveway.

I bought a bike at Garcia Moto a few months back, and have had all of my service done there since. Below is a summary of my experiences. Pros: - The staff are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. - The sales staff are not pushy. - All of the staff seem to love riding, and enjoy chatting with customers. - The service department does great work. - The service manager makes great recommendations on upgrades. Cons: - The sales staff were a bit confused on BMW promotions (maybe BMWs fault). However, the sales manager made up for it. - It can be necessary to call the service department multiple times before someone picks up the phone.

They have two service departments. The original BMW service is run by John Ross, hes a master BMW tech, he has been there for many years, and is well known as one of the best BMW mechs and also rides his bike year round. Their service is expensive but worth it. The Ducati shop was separate but moved into this building, and brought their own service staff. I think most negative comments are about the Ducati guys, they seem to be very independent and they refuse to work on anything other than Ducati. They were a month out on taking any service last summer.

I bought a bike back in December of 2015 from them and I was very pleased until I began dealing with the service department. I brought the bike in for simple warranty check and everything went downhill from there, Everything from being overcharged to them forgetting to order my part which ended up taking over 80 days to get. I even tried to express my dissatisfaction to the manager and he blew me off. They have the most beautiful motorcycles around but beware if you buy, you may not get great service.

Undergoing some staff change up there, which is what it is, but I had a great experience with the new service manager who was straightforward, informative and knowledgeable. Had new tires put on in an hour and ordered a new part for my bike at the same time. Professional, courteous and experienced! Owning a BMW motorcycle is not cheap, but at least they make the investment as enjoyable as it possibly could be. Thanks for the great service and attention to detail!

I called looking for a part, and spoke to Randy, who was extremely helpful. Not only did he look for the part in the shop, but he took down my information and even called me back to tell me where I could find it as quick as I needed without having to order from the manufacturer. I pride myself on my customer service at my job and I can tell Randy does as well. He went above and beyond to help me out and Ill be sure to call Garcia Moto next time Im on the hunt for a part.

I have motorcycle friends that go here and havent heard anything bad, I hear great things! I havent been a customer for very long, bought a bike from them in fall. I ended up moving to Nashville and they have been nothing but helpful in answering some questions I had about the new dealer in Tennessee. I was really impressed with the service manager as well as the sales manager helping me get some records from there. 10/10, would do again.

Steve was a great help to me today!! I went in looking to learn about the Ducati line of motorcycles. Filled with a lot of questions, Steve had no hesitations of helping me get the answers I needed. We landed on the Ducati 959 being the perfect fit for me. I would recommend Garcia Moto to any of my fellow riders, he made the investigation, buying, and finance process as smooth as possible. Thanks again everyone!
