This place is unbelievable!!! It took them 2 1/2 week to install tires on my KTM 1190 Adventure R. I requested that I get the old tires back because I have less than 1000 miles on them. When I got the old tires it was clearly visible and unmistakable that someone had been doing burn outs with my bike. To say the least I was pissed. I didnt ask them for anything to make it right I just said that I wont come back. Then George the technician said" Good dont come back". This place is so disorganized and I can only figure that the employees just want an unemployment check. Now I will have to go to Canada for service on my KTM. Stay the hell away from this place. There is a reason why they do not have a Facebook page.

I purchased a motorcycle from these people and was told said motorcycle was undamaged and had never been in any kind of accident. The following season it was time for a battery... as soon as I started removing plastic I started noticing things that were not correct. Broken plastic pieces, bolts that were corroded and obviously not factory, zip ties and a few other nicely hidden issues. Clutch cover also seems to have been replaced as it looks different and all bolts are new and do not match other identical bolts in the area. Its my own fault I guess but Ill never do business with this establishment again.

Had been shopping for a Kawasaki Mule Pro for a few months when I contacted Hebelers. They were about 100 miles from me but it took less than an hour to make a deal I was happy with. Im from around the Meadville, Pa area so you can guess who I tried to buy from before. The semi retired owner and his brother and one of their friends delivered our Mule . They were a lot of fun. Just old school family type dealings with them.

Amazing service!! Went to bob Weaver first to look at bikes and they were so pushy. So I went to Hebelers and there were so nice and easy going. I told them what I was looking for and bam they delivered. Even on accessories! They were at least 30% cheaper then Weavers. And I bought my used bike for 1000 cheaper then Weavers.. Ill never shop any where else again. Hebelers is the place to go for motorcycle anything.

They Genuinely care about their Customers. After getting disgruntled with several other dealers I traveled up to Hebelers, which living in the southtowns was a little out of the way,and have been returning ever since. 20 years and at least 10 vehicles later, Im still a Happy Customer. It is the great service that has kept me coming back. I have bought several Seadoos, Motorcycles and Snowmobiles from them.

The Hebeler family has always treated me with all due respect. They sold me a motorcycle at a very fair price, and another time they went out of their way to take a SeaDoo boat in trade to sell me a very fairly priced SeaDoo PWC. Shopped Hebelers online traded in a sled and bought a new one by email and phone.Salesmen Rich Gordon was great to work with.Drove 3hrs to pickup sled walked in and was treated like a longstanding customer.George the mechanic was great going over the sled and dont hesitate to call with any questions.

Dont buy from these crooks, not vet friendly, sold a bike out from under me, day before I was gonna take a 6 hr drive to pick up. They ask full retail for new, and over price their used junk. Very unprofessional buy your bike elsewhere dont wast your time or money.
