THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING WITH WATCHES - AVOID!!! I called these guys up to see if they knew how to change the battery on a Casio Pathfinder watch. They said yes... When I got my watch back some of the features did not work - I went back and they tried to tell me that the watch was like that when I took it there initially - after I proved to them that the feature still worked but the watch was not put back correctly - they where able to "fix it" - that is when the nightmare started - my watch leaked water in as I washed my hands (its a 100 meter water resistant watch) - Rather than go back to them I sent it to a place in California where they told me that they did not open the watch up correctly and stripped the screws - the watch is ruined. Thanks for nothing P & S Jewelry.
