We have always been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism whenever we come into Southside Jewelers. My boyfriend and I have put Southside Jewelers in our rotation as a regular place to stop when we are out and about. They are always rotating their stock of jewelry and watches and thats what I love to buy! They have never beat the brakes off of us and always given fair and super decent prices. One of my favorite watches is from here. Also, if I ever need a new battery or something repaired, sized, or replaced, they are who I trust to fix it. We made this one of our regular stops also because the owners were always welcoming and fun to talk to and remembered us every time we came back since our first visit. I love this place, personally, as long as youre not a jerk and expecting a hand out these hard working people will take care of you.

We regularly stop in to see their new products and are always very pleased with the way we have been treated - the staff and ownership has ALWAYS been friendly, professional, and helpful. Because of our past experiences with the staff, service, and products, we always stop in anytime were in the neighborhood. They have a great selection of watches and rings, as well as the usual assortment of power tools and electronics. They staff has always been willing to work with us on price and weve never gotten the feeling that theyve been trying to knock our heads in...always very fair for both sides! Weve bought and sold at this store for some time and have always had a great experience, and Id recommend this place to anyone looking to get a good deal on a product while dealing with good people. We love it here!

I fell on some rough times and took a few tools down here to sell. I was completely low-balled on my stuff and treated rudely the whole time. The owner was an absolute jerk. He talked down to every customer that was in there and treated them like pieces of trash. How do you treat the people that keep you in business like garbage? I figured maybe he was just having a bad day so I went back down a few months later to check out what tools they had in stock and it was the same deal. Most of their stock didnt have price tags on it and what did was completely overpriced. And their idea of giving you a deal on something is knocking $5 off the price. What a joke.

I HAVE HAD GREAT EXPERIENCE IN SOUTHSIDE JEWELERS . THE STAFF IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. THEY ALWAYS SEEM WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS WITH NO PRESSURE FOR ME TO BUY. THEY HAVE A GREAT SELECTION OF JEWELRY. I WOULD NOT HESITATE GOING BACK.
