I love Total Wine! They have more wine in one place than I have ever seen in my life! And the people in the store are always asking how they can help me. They have helped me pick wines on several occasions even though I usually like to pick my own. They are extremely knowledgeable. There is one thing at this location that I am not thrilled with. A couple of the cashiers are very short with you. I buy a case of wine at least every other week, and they have given me bad boxes with bad bottoms along with their bad attitude. Managers, you might want to have a conversation with your cashiers. I now pick my own box when I check out because of this.

My recent trip to this location was on an errand for one of the client managers I worked with. He had asked me to find a bottle of wine for one of our coworkers and, not being a wine drinker, I was SO lost. Clair was so kind and asked many in-depth questions of which I did not really have an answer to. He took it in stride and brought me to the perfect bottle for my price point and that matched the request of the client manager. I was able to find a nice gift bag to put the wine in and check out was quick and painless. If you have to get a bottle of wine at this location, Clair is hands-down the man to talk to!

Even if you arent a big drinker, this is just a cool place to go. They have a tremendous selection of wines, beer and liquors of all kinds. The best thing is that the staff is extremely knowledgeable and willing to take the time to show you how to get the best product for your money. And then there are the classes! What a fun night that was and they served enough food to be actually adequate to keep from getting hit too hard by the wine. After all, who really wants to spit out that great wine?

The store is nice and super clean. Most likely to have anything youre looking for. But the staff needs an update - cashiers to be precise. They wear a badge that says "no sale to under 30" well - too bad when they cant even tell whos under 30. Lose the tags - too bright and complete waste of everyones time. !!! Not coming back. And Jonathan is a narcissistic at that front desk... no customer service whatsoever

I pretty much pay their salary with the money I spend here, and I wouldnt have it any other way, good job total wine, you go total wine, rename the store to something other than total wine tho, maybe total spirits, total liquor, total blackout even, cuz yall sell way more than wine and it can be misleading to others, therefor lowering income from common passerbys

I can find anything I need here. Even some new England beers Ive sorely missed since moving down here. Only thing that could make the place better would be some fresh limes. The ones they have there are in case youre extremely in a pinch and dont have time to go to the grocery store as well. Everyone here is pretty knowledgeable too. A+ service.

This place really is as good as their advertisements say they are. The inventory is huge which is was what i expected but the prices are incredibly cheap. Cases of beer sell for less than $20 all the time, the liquor prices are a few dollars less than small stores. The staff is very friendly without being real pushy at the same time

Best place to buy alcohol in Boca Raton. Theyve got everything youd ever need. I like the personal ratings from the employees, telling you which are the best values. Theres samples of wine and other things sometimes. Theyve got a big cigar section too. If youre looking for cool cigar boxes, this is where to get them.

The manager is an ass, refused to sell me a pack of Murphys because he thought I was under 21 (Im 32!) and wouldnt accept a foreign ID. I never ever had any problems buying alcohol on Publix or any Liquor Store here on Florida (most times I dont even get asked for ID). First and last time I step there.

Helpful staff and tons of options for beer, wine, and spirits. The mix and match cans and bottles is a great way to enjoy. Would love to see more of the white and rose wines refrigerated, but their model doesnt allow for it. This is our go-to to purchase adult beverages in Boca.

This is my favorite Total Wine. Overall this is probably one of there bigger stores. I am guessing it is that way, because it is close to colleges in the surrounding area. Good Craft Beer selection and helpful/friendly staff.

Great selection. Agree! Great prices. Agree! Great service.... couldnt be further from the truth. This was the second time Ive been here. The cashiers are rude and the young female manger is the same. Avoid this location!

They have everything an alcoholic could possibly want. Im a big Scotch drinker, and Im always pleasantly surprised at their selection. They also have an amazing variety of beers - its so nice to make your own six pack.

The best wine and spirits store in the area. Over 8,000 wines, 3,000 liquors and 2,500 beers. To some people, it is overwhelming. They have a lot wines and liquors that nobody else has.
