This is the worst experience Ive ever had with car buying. I 100% regret ever going to this dealership. To start, they are extremely unprofessional. I was sold a car back in March. The AC didnt work and it didnt have a radio. I was told that they would fix the AC for me, they never did. I brought it in and left the car with them overnight over 10 times and each time it was the same excuse. They were "too busy" to work on my car. Finally I gave up and fixed it myself in an hour. Also, from the start there was a fuel pump issue that I was never told about. Every time I put gas into the car, it wouldnt start. I would have to rev it for 5 minutes before it stayed on. As well as there was an issue with the Cadillac converter. I dealt with these problems because the dealership would not help me and I was broke. Not to mention, the man who sold me the car, named Raymond, was extremely inappropriate. He would text me off of his personal number constantly asking me to go on a date with him. He would constantly flirt and try to get me into his car. While I was 6 months pregnant! One time he even tried to kiss me while we were talking about repairing my car. It was after he got the hint that I didnt want him that it was suddenly not their problem to fix the issues of the car. Eventually after only having the car for 4 months, the motor blew and it would have cost $1500 to fix. It wasnt worth it to me. When I originally bought the car I was promised that my payments would build my credit and in a few months I could trade the car. Well when the car gave out, I asked about the trade and it turns out that they put me with the wrong bank. A bank that does not build credit because they are small and dont take on accounts. So that whole time I was lied to. I even continued to make the car payments on time for 3 months after the car broke because I didnt want to mess up my credit. Wish I had known it was for no reason. I was unable to go to another dealership because of that issue. Eventually I saved enough to just buy a car and when I went to the DMV to switch over the title and registration, turns out Motor Car Concepts put a hold on my registration because apparently I owed them $130 for them registering my car the first time. I called and asked what happened and I was insulted by the one who sold me the car. He said I was a selfish, rude, unappreciative b***h. All because I asked why I owed them money. I know for a fact that I paid that fee up front when I first bought the car. And why wasnt I informed that I owe money and there was a hold. I was left with no choice but to pay the fee again or else it wouldve been impossible to transfer the registration. So overall, this dealership is lying, inappropriate, rude, scamming and just unprofessional in every way. Please never give these people your business. They dont deserve it. All they care about it money and screwing people over.

Unfortunately, my experience wasnt all great. The sales guy was good, and friendly; however, the 2008 BMW 335i I was sold had a few complications. It had a check engine light from the very start which I was told was a very easy fix (this was my first time ever buying a car and I was alone). There was no speaker cap that I told was being ordered (never got it). The car was overpriced (without the financing) which I had no idea as I was originally looking for a 328i. Now I wouldnt have cared as much for paying for an overpriced car except for the fact it was damaged more then it appeared. I brought it to a great mechanic and he said the o2 sensor came up which the dealer mustve gotten the same codes but never mentioned it, they told me coils. Now the o2 sensor is a relatively cheap repair so im sure there is more intrinsic damage than that I am taking the car back soon. If they knew it was greatly damaged they shouldnt have had the car $6,000 over market price according to kelly blue book its worth $10,200 it was sold to me for $16,000 talk about being taking advantage of, and thats without financing. Yeah this deal really put me in an unfortunate position, and I havent even bothered complaining to the dealer, I will call about it tomorrow and provide an update... UPDATE: Well the talk went as expected, they used the we have no way of knowing when the damages occurred argument (which Im sure theres proof that they do). My advice is to contact your district attorney office, with documentation, recordings, or any pictures you took during the sale. You will have a case if they lied about damages whilst you can prove the damages occurred in their possession, and if the charged you exorbitant amount. Who knows if your case is good enough you can recover said losses, it is as the other reviews said they dont really want to negotiate, and set their company around honesty, and their contract is designed to protect themselves so study it and know what information you need to lead a good offense. I mean like it was funny when they hung up on me when I only mentioned there was something faulty about the car. I really hoped theyd be willing to negotiate Id actually change my review, oh and additionally these positive reviews youre seeing, they got a gas card (haha).

This place is absolutely horrible!!! Do not purchase a vehicle from here! Not only will they sell you a vehicle with general maintenance issues, when I say issues I mean brakes needing to be change, oil needed to be change, windshield wipers will need to be change and you may have to change out you own lights on the vehicle. They will then make it very difficult for you to get you tag. Myself as well as my brother have purchased vehicles from here and we both had two temporary (paper) tags. Meaning I had to go out of way to go and get the second tag which is costly on gas. Which is unprofessional, they may even try and give you a third paper tag or a dealer tag. The staff sucks!!! They will give you friend vibe just to turn around and insult your intelligence. There is a short Puerto Rican guy there that has absolutely no people skills and should not be dealing with the general public. The gentleman Raymond not only sleeps at his desk but then has the nerve to give you an attitude if you ask him a question!!! Ramon is a good guy but he can only do much. Johnathan, is new to management so feels as though he can pull rank to keep from effectively dealing with customers. My overall experience is terrible not only that but the finance company they use will debit your account on days that are not authorized.... if I were you I would stay away unless you want a 90 day headache buying a vehicle! I repeat stay away. The first free moment I have will be standing on the corner holding a sign that will read " HORRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDED" As a fellow P.O.C. I expected so much more but received very poor service!!!
