Let me start out by saying I came to the lot with cash in hand for the asking price of the vehicle I came to see and would have paid asking price if the vehicle was right. Unfortunately, it was not. Sam has a variety of vehicles accommodating many price ranges and at no point did I feel any sort of stereotypical used car salesman preasure. However, I called to enquire about a specific vehicle and was described something totally different from the vehicle I drove an hour to see. On the phone, it was a clean, well maintained, well running vehicle. Upon arrival and personal inspection the vehicle was in fact, a southern car and the body was in EXCELLENT shape... But, the interior was aweful, it had transmission issues (which, to be fair, he was upfront about a few minutes before I drove it, but I had had already driven an hour based on the listing and two phone calls and this wasnt mentioned), had major issues with steering (not mentioned and could have created a potentially hazardous test drive), and water damage from a sunroof (acknowledged after the fact... But again, would have been nice to know about beforehand...). The car was priced at THE ABSOLUTE TOP of book value, and MAY have been a deal if negotiated down to a price that reflected the condition a little more... Or if presented with accurate information... Or really, it should have been decribed and priced accordingly... At the end of the day, it seemed he had a general interest in my needs and saught to put me in a vehicle that accommodated them, but fell short because he didnt have one and I was turned off because of the condition of the vehicle. Would have liked to give him my business if the car was right, but, ended up buying a similar vehicle, elsewhere, for a third less than what he was asking, in better condition.

Sam was great to work with. Spoke very honestly about the vehicles and did not try to hide anything. Actually gave a lot of good insight as to issues he saw with each car, and potential fixes and cost. He drove a car up to Auto Zone (1 block away) with me to get the battery and alternator checked to make sure it was OK after dying. He has the vehicles priced to sell well below value so it creates a low pressure, easy going car shopping experience. It was probably the most fun I have ever had buying a car...and usually those are two things that dont go together! He was patient (felt like a kid in a candy shop test driving 6 affordable trucks!), honest and had a great selection. There are no frills and gimmics at Zarzour...no swanky waiting room, no dogs dressed like clowns and no obnoxious back and forth between the salesman, the manager and the finance guy. You deal with one guy...Sam is the owner, salesman, inspector, mechanic, lot attendant and cleaning guy. I love this business model...I will buy here again and refer anyone to Zarzour.

The used car market can be a pretty sketchy place. Its sad that its become that way, but Im happy to say Sam at Zarzour Motors is different. That being said, Sams the real deal. Sam did the hard work of tracking down the vehicles recent service history (above & beyond what most dealers will do), and assured me of a recent safety inspection. He insisted I take a thorough test drive, and even brought out a creeper for me to inspect the frame and undercarriage (something I had expressed concern about over the phone). From our first conversation through the financing and purchasing process, I was impressed with Sams candor, openness, and honest dealing. From the great prices to the upfront salesmanship, Id feel comfortable recommending Zarzour to anyone. Buy with confidence, friends. :-)

First off I stopped in on a truck that is still showing online for sale and is still there and he said it was already sold. Second I was up there in my 1986 Mercedes-Benz 420sel with under 115,000 miles on it. When they have a 1986 Mercedes-Benz 560sel with over 230,000 miles on it and they want $5,000.00 for theirs and he would only offer me $1,500.00. This guy is full of himself. The book value on my Benz is $4,800.00, I bet his isnt worth half seen as his has more than double the mileage. You cant scam someone who works on cars everyday and does their research.

I have known Sam for over 18 plus years had have purchased over 60 vehicles from him and working on 61. Why do I keep going back? It is very simple Sam treats me like family and always looks out for my best interest. I am pretty demanding most of the time but Sam has a way of slowing me down and always does what is right for me!! Thank you for your professionalism but most of all your friendship and looking out for me when I need a vehicle.

Great dealership! I am usually a little nervous shopping for used cars but Sam went the extra mile to put us at ease. We were shopping for a safe and reliable used vehicle for our daughter - with a specific price range and options. Sam went out of his way to find the perfect vehicle and meticulously went over everything prior to purchasing, during, and after. Thanks Sam! We will be back the next time we are in the market for a vehicle.

Exceptional buying experience. Felt like I was buying a car from a good friend. No bullshit, no vagueness or ambiguity, only directness and honesty. Mr. Zarzour is not a salseman. He is not there to sell you a car at the highest price he can manage, but to fulfill your transportation want/need as satisfactorily as possible. First time car purchase and couldnt be more impressed. If you need a vehicle, I implore you to look here first.

Wish I could give 0 stars! Not a good dealership at all and hopefully I save just one person from giving this guy their money. The guy is a scam artist and sells absolute junk for high value! Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy. Now I completely understand why their Chardon dealership shut down! Very rude people! Seems nice at first until you start pointing out problems with the car your looking at. All together horrible experience!

Very hard to communicate with. Misleading and difficult to understand adds with missing and incorrect information. Was only inquiring about one vehicle but he got it mixed up with others. Gave different information about same vehicle. I asked some questions a number of times but couldnt get answers, etc. Had no choice but to buy somewhere else.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I bought a ranger that I was assured (BY SAM)was in good shape and checked out by a mechanic. In Just over 2600 miles I have had to put $2000 into the truck. When I confronted Sam about it he caught an attitude and told me why he should be the one that is upset. Highly unprofessional dealership.

Friendly and prompt service, good value, and reasonable sales people. The prices make it obvious there is minimal markup, and my wife and I loved the small "mom and pop" type atmosphere as opposed to the mega-monster, slick, fake dealership feel. I would buy a car here again.

I just recently purchased a $3,000 car from this dealership. Sam was extremely honest and professional. He let me take the vehicle to my mechanic and was upfront with everything. He treated me like I was buying a $20,000 vehicle. I recommend him to everyone....
