I went here on Sunday September 4 and I was talking to a guy who worked here I yelled excused me I know he heard me and my daughter yelling he looked back and kept walking. Then I ran into a lady and she had an attitude cause I guess I asked a question that wasnt in her department but instead of getting someone to help she went back to what she was doing I left feeling disappointed like I had done something to these people smh

I bought a Samsung Refrigerator and LG 4k TV. I got the warranty for the fridge since my last two had compressor issues. I went to Best Buy first they were not flexible on price at all, Best Buy Salesman didnt seem to know to much about appliances. Came to ABC Warehouse for a price match, the manager beat the deal by $100 and gave me the warranty on the LG TV for free. First time shopper with ABC, very satisfied

Bought a stand-up freezer over a month ago, get it home and find the door was damaged. After weeks of runaround, finally got them to contact the service co. for a replacement. Original service co. handed it off to a 2nd co. 2nd co. ordered a door, 2 weeks later it comes in, damaged. Now they tell me I have to wait AT LEAST another 7-10 days for them to order another door. Yeah... not pleased.

BRENT was GREAT !!! Southgate ABC Warehouse sent me there for an air conditioner WITHOUT CHECKING to see if they actually had what I wanted in stock. Unfortunatly they did not. BUT, because I was sent there Brent helped me out and worked with me. Gave me an awesome deal. I will definitely go back there again BEFORE I ever go to the Southgate one AGAIN !!!

Worst experience ever!!!!! Sent wrong fridge and gave us wrong ice maker in store!!! Had to take two days off work!!!!!!!! Delivery men threw box and packaging materials from fridge in back yard! Wind blew it all over yard. Now we have to clean up trash from our tidy lawn! We will NEVER purchase anything from this store again!!!!!!

I will never go back to this place. I had a really bad experience here with a clerk named nicole, that got really ticked off when i had a complaint, and insulted me and my wife. I called the manager, a guy who listened to our complaint, but who was very bored, and made me understand that he was not going to do anything about it.

Went in to get a tv for my living room and ready to pay cash until tge sales person mentioned getting a line of credit. I got approved and was able to leave with a tv larger than i initially wanted plus, i only had to give a small deposit. It was a great experience overall.
