My friend and I had the misfortune to step into Radio Shack today, looking for a way to connect my analog hearing device to my digital Smart TVs digital optical audio outlet. A young man called out to us that he could help us, but it was very clear that he could not! I asked if they had an adapter that I could use to plug my cable into on one end, then plug a digital cable from my TV into the other end, and he said they didnt sell that. I asked about a converter, a digital cable, or any type of dongle that would work. My friend even asked, just in case he didnt know what a dongle was, if they sold a wireless USB device, a DONGLE, and he just kept shaking his head NO! Finally, I asked him who WOULD sell such devices, and he told us to go to Best Buy (where we started to go in the first place!). Best Buys Associate Jon knew IMMEDIATELY what I was talking about, got me fixed up in less than five minutes, and I was merrily on my way! Radio Shack, you suck! Its no mystery why you are going belly up!

I just wanted to share that I was trying to find items for a project at this radio shack and their employees didnt seem to care that I found the right things. and while I was trying to buy what I needed the employee just walked around the store on his cellphone and told me to hold on. I just feel as though that is poor customer service and that it should be shared.

I want to praise your store employee, Sarah!! I came in with my Polar watch battery issue. She was pleasant to talk with and very knowledgeable and she resolved my watch battery issue so that I could use my watch again!!! Thank you Sarah!! Youre truly a lifesaver!!!! :-)
