This is the worst pharmacy. My husband worked at a Walmart Pharmacy and my sister-in-law still does and they even recognize how bad it is. I have never been able to pick up a prescription in timely manner (even when my dr. calls it in 5 hours ahead of me picking it up). Once I waited in their drive-thru for 10 minutes and then they finally told me that the drive-thru was closed so I would have to come inside (heaven forbid they put a sign up which is what the other pharmacies do). Last night was the last straw. After my dr. called in my prescription at 3:15 and I went to pick it up at 6:15 they told me it still wasnt ready and I would have to wait. I told TWO people to just transfer it over to Walgreens. I went to pick it up today and they never called it over! Im so done with them!

My wife and I have been embarrassed by this store for the last time. We do price matching. Sometimes you need the add, sometimes you dont. Our friend is six checkouts down, didnt need the add. Our cashier argues with us over an add. I start looking it up on my phone and she tells me thats not a real add, only paper adds work. We did our monthly grocery shopping here, NEVER again! Going back to Kroger and this Wal Mart can stick it! We have a very good friend that works there and she says the management changes every other week on adds and doesnt enforce it across the board. UPDATE!!!! I just spoke tot he store manager. He confirms that you DO NOT NEED AN ADD for price match from a local store like Kroger, Meijer, Drug Mart etc.

Well well, I have read through enough of this mountain of bad reviews for this Walmart. In the sport of debate I will write a good review. My favourite part about this walmart is the customer service. Everytime I walk in I am greeted by a friendly, fresh, young face. I can always find what I need and it has always been a quick in and out job. I love how they utilize the 30+ lanes at the front of the store with only a handful of cashiers. When I need advice on a product in Electronics I can always find an associate to help me (even at 3 am). Everytime I shop I am treated like a human being, not profiled as a thief because of the way I dress. In short, I love this establishment and I visit like it is a second home to me.

We have been customers for years at Franklin Ohio today i was doing my normal grab a magazine set on a bench and wait.Today was different the greeter stopped me and said did you buy that i said no Im waiting for my wife he then shouted at me to get up and put it back very rude way, I explained i have done this for years is this a new rule.He is still yelling at me get up and put it back.I ask to see his manager she agreed with him so i put it back.Then i said Kroger will let me read on their living room laid out just for the husbands waiting on the wifes to shop.I well ask my wife to go to kroger if she is going to be awhile.It was not the yelling and ordering me it was like he was saying i was stealing a magazine.

Ive only been to the Franklin store once and it was pretty late in the evening. However the item I went to buy I could not find despite the fact that the website said they had it. One of the ladies from the Pharmacy noticed me wandering around like a lost dog and came out to help me. When I told her what I was looking for she knew right were it was and took me to the spot herself! That alone impressed me! However Id also like to point out how clean that store is! Seriously! The carts were all brought in from outside, the parking lot was clean, the shelves were well fronted too! As I was leaving I had three different employees say goodbye to me! For a first visit, I was sure impressed!

Automotive is handled pretty well for the most part, and I have met some nice folks in that department. The front end of the store needs re-managed with a few more lanes open. As with all places.. there is a mix of bad and good. The natives typically dont want to use the self serve scanners when I have chatted with them from time to time... and that is what is made available to them most of the time. I like a lot of the products that this store carries.. but the mens department needs to beef it up with some nicer clothes that guys can wear to work. I rarely see anyone that can assist you in the aisles unless the overnight stock crew is there. It could be a lot better.

Doooo nooottt take your car to these guys for anything. I literally see them floor the pedal on every customers cars driving up to the garage entrance. They treat your cars like trash. Ive had my oil changed twice by them on days I was too lazy to climb under the truck myself. EVERY single time I got my car there was oil all over the steering wheel, door handle (inside and out) and shifter. Its ridiculous. They also put the incorrect oil in my car one time and I had to wait yet another hour to get it changed a second time.

So far i havent had to many issues i Waited two hours for one tire and then they tell me they dont have it and gave me a more expensive one for the price of the one i wanted. There fish tanks are so gross theres green slim in them was going to buy some fish but a lady came over and said dont buy them they will die. Thanks lady! I only come here when i need things just try to get in and out real quick. I do love there sale items though.

This particular store is ridiculous! Always a ton of people waiting to checkout and only 2 Lanes open much of the time. Also shelves are mostly empty much of the time. Plenty of products on pallets in center aisles. But they wont stock the shelves until first of the month for food stamp customers. I work hard for my money!! Why cant this place stay stocked properly for those customers who actually pay for their food?! Just sayin

I drive up from close to the Middletown location to this one. It is 10x better than that one!!!! Much cleaner, much better organized, staff is much nicer and more helpful. Totally worth driving the extra few miles to come up to this one. The only Walmart Ive been to that is better is the West Chester one, but this isnt too far behind. It also has an odd layout... Different than most Walmarts.

Display sign read $2:50 for case of bottled water, grab two cases and rang up $7.80. When questioned I was told that they just havnt changed the sign yet and I could have 1 case for2:50 but not two, the fact your employees or your policies arent working just cost Walmart my business! I will never step foot in any Walmart store again! What a waste of my time! #walmart sucks!!!

This is the best Walmart I have ever been to in my life. I drive 20 minutes away passing several local Walmart stores just for the excellent service. Every associate speaks and is very polite and resourceful. Never experienced them being out of stock of any items I regularly purchase. Very great staff all times of the day. I go to this place for pretty much everything.
