Friendly employees. Its GameStop. Kind of small, but thats not the employees faults. I rate customer service 5 stars, I dock one due to corporate piling them in like sardines, which makes for an uncomfortable shopping experience around the holidays or busy releases.

They sell used games as "new." Ive been going to this location for almost 10 years and it is such a disappointment to findout that they are scamming people like this. IF YOUR NEW GAME HAS TAPE ON THE SIDE OF THE OPENING PART DO NOT PURCHASE IT, IT IS A USED GAME!
