I scheduled for my vehicle to be serviced. When I brought it in I explained to them what I was interested in doing to the vehicle. Being short on time they told me they would call and give me the price breakdown for everything which was relieving because I didnt have to stay. When I got the call they told me the price to change my back breaks (which was reasonable). Then I was told that a tune up would be over 600.00, when I repeated the price he confirmed. I questioned this because tune ups never cost this amount, to which he replied he accidentally checked service for a different item not the tune up. When I asked about what the cost of my front brakes and the oil change would be he told me, and I then told him that I could just do those myself so they could just work on the back brakes for me. He then told me they already did the oil change and couldnt give it to me even though I did not permit it. He discounted 6 dollars. I asked for a price breakdown of the rear brake work and he told me a set price, then called back and changed it with no explanation. I tried to understand and he said, "you know what man, not trying to be rude but we dont even have to service your vehicle." I was shocked. I told him I felt he was being unprofessional to which he raised his voice and said, "alright bub you can go ahead and and pick up your car, and you wont be able to drive it off the lot. We cant put the brakes back on." And hung up on me. I called back and apologized for the confusion and reassured him I just wanted to understand, he gave me a price and breakdown, I wrote it down. Plus 7% tax and I agreed to pay that. The next day he called back ask said it was finished and would be 200 more with no explanation. I had to go in and talk to a manager. Bottom line, I went to pay more for convenience and experienced the most inconvenient and unprofessional at this location.

This lot is garbage. Back in February I wrecked my Hyundai, and whod of thought, I was in the market for a car. I came here, the staff were alright, but overly "oh ya but it NOW or NEVER" kind of salesmen. Anyway I found a beautiful 2015 Nissan Altima! Black, low miles, and a couple bells and whistles. It was slightly out of budget. Normally people throw numbers around when they see youre interested, right? Not this sh*those. They wouldnt give me a number "until I had money in hand ready to buy" since I might try to use that to get a better price down the road. Problem is I had to get a loan statement before I could get money. BUT I needed money to get the statement. I was in purgatory. I tried for a week to get this car along with the salesman calling me and texting me about it. Finally the salesman said something rude to my mom so she confronted the manager. And this I quote "Look, we dont NEED your business, nor do I think I want it. Go to another lot." Every Jeff Wyler lot was bad, but this one was a new level. Oh, by the way, I found a beautiful Cayenne Red 2015 Nissan Altima with the same mileage for UNDER my limit and they knocked off a couple bucks just because I asked. This lot? The Northgate Chrysler Dodge Jeep lot. Great lot and people! Jeff Wyler Nissan? Like buying crayons from a special child with anger issues.

We found the perfect used car online at this dealership. We are from Indianapolis, so we called before making the drive to Cincinnati to be sure the car was still there and to let them know we were driving a distance to come to see it. We were told it was there and that they would have it pulled up and waiting on us when we arrived. They took down our contact info and names. When we got to the dealership they acted confused about what car we were there to see. Come to find out, the car was "transferred to their Ford store" (after further research we discovered they do not have a Ford dealership) in the hour and a half since our phone call. The did not bother to call to tell us or even apologize for the inconvenience. Instead, Raj (whom we had spoken to on the phone) tried to tell us about an older car with higher miles on it that we were by no means interested in. This dealership was a complete waste of time and I would recommend them to no one. We would have been paying cash that day for the car we called about and they allowed us to walk out of the store without so much as a decent apology.

I have a 2006 Nissan Sentra that has, since the day I purchased it, been an absolute dream. Not only is the car hot looking car for a women my age, it is has more power than any car Ive ever owned ! Ha Ha , My husband worries Ill get in trouble driving it, but since Ive many, MANY Grand-children, I would never speed w/or w/out them in the car....although??? the temptation is there ! :-) ...Any time you take your car in for a check up, they EVEN give it a good washing & if you need more work done than a plain oil change, They clean the interior & exterior of the car !! Service, Great Sales Team (Not Too Pushiy-No need to be with what they sell) & all time great guys washing your car ....I call this SERVICE ! Momma-Nanc

I recently purchased a used car for my daughter at Jeff Wyler Nissan and had the pleasure of working with Corbin Stamper as the sales person. He was a pleasure to work with for sure. My over all experience in purchasing from JWN was great. There was as mix up in the price of the car I purchased when it was first posted on their website. The listed price was actually much less than the listed value of the car and the true asking price of the vehicle. In the end they honored the price initially posted much to my delight. I definitely consider myself a future customer if I am ever in need of a new or used car. By the way my daughter LOVES her first car :) Thank again to Corbin and rest of the staff at JWN.

Who tells a customer that a employee is fired to get them come in to redo paperwork thats not even 30 days old! This company does . me and my husband was told that and we believed it and decided to go in and redo the paperwork.. Guess who we see.. The employee that was so called fired!! So we politely turned around and decide to look else where.. I know car lots are full of crap but to go that extreme is crappy and unprofessional.. Now I see why all my other friends said negative things about this lot NEVER AGAIN!!!

Bad first impression ! The salesman was unprofessional and sloppy. He had a wrestling belt on his desk and was using one of the cars in the show room to charge his cell phone. When asked for a sales pamphlet on the new models. He said " dont have any you will have to go online and get one". No thanks, Ill get my car somewhere else. That is probably a good indication of the entire attitude of management also.
