Worst place to buy a car ever! Please read the list of things they screwed up: 1. Sold me a vehicle they didnt even have a title to. I purchased a vehicle in April and wasnt able to get the tag until July because they hadnt fully paid off the previous owners loan. We had to go to the tag office twice to renew the temp tag. I probably wouldnt have got it then except one of my best friends works at the tag office. They didnt send full payoff to the previous creditor, then when they received the title they didnt process it for my tag - I called the dealership at least once a week for almost three Months for this to be resolved. 2. I purchased a warranty on my used vehicle that could be cancelled within 60 days. The day after buying my truck I decided to cancel the warranty and went to dealership to do the necessary paperwork. No one there supposedly knew how to cancel a warranty- BS! It took me more than 6 trips to the dealership and I have no idea how many phone calls to get the paperwork to cancel over 2 months. This wasnt resolved until I threatened to sue them. I actually had to contact the GM to get this taken care of. Even after I filled out the paperwork to cancel they didnt send the refund payment to my finance company - I actually sent it in myself and my loan holder (capital one) had to contact the dealer for the refund of $4000.00 which still took them 2 months to send a check. 3. I purchased a Armor Guard application for the inside and outside of my vehicle. I called the dealership to schedule the appointment. I was told by three different people there I didnt need an appointment and could drop the truck off on a Fri night and it would be serviced Sat and they would call me when its ready to pick up on Sat. I dropped the truck off and wrote on the ticket what was to be done. Sat afternoon no one had called me. I call and they said the detail department doesnt work Sat and my truck sat there all day with nothing done. I called the sales manger because at this point I have his cell #. He said he would have someone come in to do it Sun and it would be ready by 2p.m and they would call me. At 2:30 Sunday I hadnt heard from them and no one at the dealership knew what was going on with my truck. I called and texted the sales manager who got back to me a few hours later that my truck was done. We go to pick it up and someone says its been ready since 12. After we get home we notice a floor mat is missing. I call the sales manager and he finds it and dropped it off at my house. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Everyone there from the receptionist, finance guy, title clerk and manger are incompetent. When confronted with their errors the only responses I got were "Im new, everyone else in my department quit, the person you need is on vacation, or the dealership just changed ownership." WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED ESPECIALLY FOR A 30K PURCHASE. They are a joke.

UPDATE: I have since spoken to the Service manager and I think we have gotten things straightened out. Turns out, Dodges "Conventional" oil is a synthetic blend, so all good there. As far as how the initial interaction with tech, that has been addressed with the employee. So hopefully this situation will not happen again. I will give them another shot. ORIGINAL POST: I am new to the Paulding area and this is the closest Dodge Dealer near me. So when they sent me a coupon for a synthetic blend oil change and tire rotation for $36.00 I figured I would take them up on it. Knowing some dealers perfer you make an appointment for an oil change I called them ahead of time to ask if they needed an appointment for an oil change. When I called I was told no appointment needed and they could have me in and out in less than an hour. So I figured I would go by on my lunch hour. When I arrived I was greeted by the employee that does the vehicle intake for the service dept. When I tried to show him the coupon I had he blew it off and said the cashier would take care of it upon service completion. I assumed he knew what the coupon was for since he looked at it and I was sure I was not the first one to bring it in. Truck went back and about 45 min later I was told it was ready. So I go to the cashier to pay, and she tells me total is $48.00. At this point I hand her the coupon and she balks at it. She says she is not sure if she can get the price down to that. That is when I start asking some questions. The first one I ask is what kind of oil was put in. She turns to one of the guys in the shop and asks them, their answer is conventional oil. Coupon was for Synthetic blend. The next question, was did the tires get rotated. Answer was no. So bottom line is that when I "checked in" the guy didnt read the coupon, didnt listen to me and just did what he wanted to. I asked to speak to the shop manager, the cashier went to get him. said he was busy but she filled him in. At this point I didnt have time to argue about it since I was on my lunch break and had to get back. Needless to say I will not be going back to this dealer for any service on my truck. If you choose to go there, make sure you detail out what you want done and have them repeat it back to you to make sure they understand, otherwise they will just do what ever.

Bought a 2012 Compass there two years ago and had a great experience. Flash forward and I went in for a 2014 Journey. They told me they had found the one I wanted and brought it in from out of state. That took nearly a week. I gave them some slack on it because it had been a holiday weekend. When I went to look at it, someone had spilled something all down the drivers door. I got told it would be cleaned up. They were clear it did not have remote start on it as I wanted and told me it would be installed. Everything else I asked for was supposedly there. Left it there for TWO DAYS so the remote start could be handled. Settled on a pick up time, now more than a week later. Went to pick it up and spent two hours with them just trying to pick up a vehicle I had already signed paperwork on. Got told the remote start hadnt been done yet. Why not? Oh, we didnt realize we didnt have everything. Door had not been cleaned very well with whatever had been spilled now pushed into all the texture of the door panel itself. Went to leave with it, FINALLY, and found out there was no nav and no back up camera as I was told. WTH? Went in again and asked. Got told "Oh, it just needs to be activated." Left it there AGAIN and was told they would call me first thing the next morning after everything had been done. Waited until afternoon, still no call. Went up there to be told that they couldnt do anything yet and that it would be another WEEK before. Mind you, I paid for this vehicle 10 days prior to this. I left with the keys to my Compass again. Basically I got told Oh well". After speaking to several other dealerships, I find out that in order to add back up and nav, its an AFTER MARKET deal that is NOT the same thing. Again, one more thing they didnt bother to inform me of. A few days later, I get a call from KB, who suddenly wants to install everything (He claims he told me it was all after market, but I have the phone call recorded and he absolutely did NOT say such a thing) and wow, give me another grand on my trade in, which they were already lowballing me on. And suddenly Im supposed to jump for joy. Dont even waste your time stopping at this place. They will use a classic bait and switch on you, and Im not the first one who has complained about this kind of practice. The BBB has other complaints for the SAME THING.
