Start with the positives. Nice and personable on the front side. Large selection of trucks. Bought a 2008 F-350 in February. Wasnt able to get the tag until 2 weeks ago (had to call them several times and got a different story each time I called). Tag issues wasnt that big of deal since the truck has been in the shop almost the entire time I have owned it. Transmission went out week 1. They tried to help- gave me contact info to their mechanic. Quoted over $4k to fix. Ended up buying used and putting in myself for $1300. Then the second week of running it suddenly developed a massive exhaust leak. Took it to my mechanic this time and he fixed the exhaust leak, had to replace rocker arms and head gaskets (oil in the cooler). Ran it for almost two full weeks this before what appears to be a cracked piston. Leaving my family (wife and two kids under the age of 2) in a difficult situation 4 hours from home. I spoke with owner before I had the exhaust leak fixed. I told him that I didnt think it was right to make money off the backs of other small businesses when he hadnt provided a reliable product (I understand buying used vehicles- I replaced headlights, break lights, wipers, brakes, fixed tailgate handle, cleaned broken glass from inside door panels from what looks like a prior accident etc). My proposal was that we split repair cost 50/50 until he reached break even on the truck. I told him I didnt expect him to lose money, but he shouldnt make it off me while I cant get any work done with the sub par truck he sold. With this latest fix (if the cheap $4200 option works) I will have invested more than $13k into this truck less than 5 months after purchase. Had someone purchase another truck at the same time. Had issues with tag as well and issues with a check engine light coming on within two weeks that would require a several thousand dollar fix. In my opinion they sell crappy vehicles and are adept at covering up some tell tell signs of major issues. Wish I had NEVER stepped on their god forsaken lot. . I will not buy a vehicle from yall. It has been the worst experience I have ever had with a place to buy a vehicle. Call and get told Ill call back in 30 min. Five hours later still no call. Call back and guy answers phone tell who I was he puts me on hold for 20 mins then phone someone hangs phone up. I call back get told by a lady that I will get a call back in five minutes and hour later no call so call back again finally get bill on the phone and he acts like he dont care wither I buy a truck or not. So I call back today to talk to bill and hes with customers Ill have him call you back. Its almost 12 now and still no phone call. This process has been going on since Monday. So if anybody ever ask me where to get a truck from I will make sure I dont tell them about yall. If I am treated like this I can just imagine what kind of deal I would get if I was to buy a truck from yall.

I want to start by saying best selection of trucks in one place. I looked at several and after switching from one to another. I finally found the one that fits me best!!! They were helpful through out the whole process. Unlike most dealers they dont pressure you into some thing you dont want. Michelle was great with working with the lenders to make sure I got want I wanted. Robbie was very knowledgeable about the inventory and I felt confident in his opinion of what truck to choose for my work needs! The owner was amazing to deal with!! He was transparent and honest. Whenever we need some wiggle room to make a deal he made it happen. Thanks again!!!! So in all, if you are in the market for a truck or car check theses home town guys out!!!!!

Wonderful sakes people....but unless you have bad credit, and no other option...GO ELSEWHERE!! I drove a truck, after having to wait for 3 other "tire kickers" to take their free joy ride, went 2 miles and blew the head gasket because they had the programmer turned up to the MAX!!! This is a "We finance everyone" dealer....you get what they tell you you can get...and hopefully you dont rely on it to get you home... I had over $30K in my pocket, and was treated like I just came there from my cardboard box....left a business card for them to call me about a recent truck that just came in...that was a MONTH ago...still no calls. Dont waste your time!

Went in to take a duramax pre purchase inspected. They said nothing was wrong with it. On my way to my personal shop the truck went into reduced power mode and would not accelerate. They put me in a vehicle and also put me in danger on a busy road. Finally got to the shop and they said it had a fuel leak and that it had been wrecked and had a new motor. Dont deal with these people. The owner agreed on a price and the lady who works the front desk started yelling at him for taking my offer. She is the reason I did not give them almost $32k. Your loss not mine.

Bought my 2008 Tacoma from this place, got a great deal and the financing people were easy to deal with. Later I got the truck all scratched off-roading, I got in touch with and he Robby went out of his way to get me a dealers price getting the truck repainted. Good buying experience but Im really appreciative of their service after the sale. Will definitely be back in the future.

Not friendly , sales lady got mad because I asked several times if truck had been wrecked. Both headlights mounts on truck broke lights just wiggled. Tuner on dash not working. Truck put on lot without being checked for existing problems. Looked light a 4 year old had detailed it. And.......

Absolutely terrible experience. Made an appointment and they closed without letting us know. Owner was very rude. They could care less about making a sale. Was ready to buy and they sent us out the door. Worst customer service I have ever seen at a car dealership!! Do not go here!!!!!
