Went in on a Saturday around 2:30 pm, Charles was able to verify our insurance just fine. He was friendly, patient and thorough. Slight mistake with our glasses. They switch my daughters and mine lenses. At first, the lady checking us out said well, can she see out of them? Of course she can see, my glasses are for distance. I wont be able to see with hers since hers are for reading???!!!!! Charles came back from break and took care of everything. I heard about three apologies, and they actually thanked me for letting them fix their mistake. My kind of place, friendly, thorough and even if there is a mistake, apologize and fix it right away.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with an eye doctor. I relocated to the area and was seeking a new office and this place was convenient to my office. They prescribed me the wrong contacts to the point they were painful to wear. I called the next business day and they told me to come in and they would correct it. I arrived around 11 and was told there was no doctor so id need to come back after 2pm. I set an appt at 2pm and arrived 15 mins early. The doctor did not arrive until after 1230 and I still waited to be seen. I will never return to this office or make any purchases from this establishment. Very unprofessional and uneducated staff

The staff wasnt friendly. They didnt understand my questions and were more concerned about upselling products I didnt need than helping me. I had to argue with the guy to adjust my glasses to fit my face twice. I eventually had to go somewhere else to get someone to make the correct adjustments so my frames wouldnt slide off my face whenever I looked downward. All in all, this was the worst eye visit Ive ever had!

I got glasses here about 4 years ago. The frames finally broke. I went in and spoke to Judy Blashak, a service rep there. They couldnt fix the frames, but she sold me a new pair of frames for way less than a new pair of glasses, and gave me a nice discount. She installed my old lenses in the new frames and had me on my way in 15 minutes. Great service!

I was blind sided with an outstanding balance of 129.00 because of Vision works staff not doing their job right. if I could give no stars I would. the employee Michelle had the nerve to giggle over the phone stating that she couldnt do anything. Avoid the Avenues Mall VisionWorks!
