Do NOT under an circumstance use this location, the employees are lazy and thieves. I waited 2 months with no call to inform me my contacts had come in. I had to order them from somewhere else or be blind. When I called to get my money back, the girl argued with me and said that someone did call but couldnt keep the date straight on when they called. How logically would you think someone would order a second supply of contacts if they knew they had more waiting?! I told her I wanted my money back, she said she couldnt do it and said someone would call me back. And behold a month later and I still have not received a call back in regards to returning my funds. I again state, DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION IT IS FULL OF LAZY THIEVES! Update: called again today Wednesday October 12, 2016- After I spoke to Nicole who had promised me a call back before she placed me on hold came back said she had other things going on and someone would call me back when I was explaining that I have an issue believing that statement since she never called back before and she just said ok bye and hung up. When I did get a call back she argued with me and still refused to refund my money. I spoke to the location manager but I have very little hope that hell even call back. Looks like Ill be filing complaints starting with the optometry board for Ohio and my insurance.

Went here today to look for glasses with the intention of purchasing 1 or 2 pairs possibly with their current BOGO sale. After being in the store for 15 minutes and never being acknowledged I realized it was because there was only 1 employee in the store. I then discovered the sign in sheet with 5 people already on it. All 5 people looked bored out of their minds as though they had already been waiting quite some time. Though there were several frames I was interested in I decided to leave and will not be coming back. I would rather spend more at Lenscrafters, where I usually buy glasses, they have much better customer service.
