My boyfriend & I rented a Street Glide here to just ride around & enjoy our vacation. What a pleasant experience! We went in and about a half hour later we were on our own, paperwork and all. Great quality rental with free GPS which helped AMAZINGLY!!! We even returned it a little less than a full tank because we wasted some on the way there coming from Poinciana & they let us slide. Awesome customer service & rental! Definitely a place to recommend! Well be back!

I had my bike serviced here after I had an issue with rocker covers that wasnt resolved with the other 2 stores. Steve the service manager was excellent he identified the problem immediately and advised me that he would order parts and re-do the gaskets. The bike has not leaked since and Im very pleased with the work and his professionalism. I cant say nothing but good things about their service dept.

Recently bought my first brand new Harley here, over the years Ive owned many, this is the first brand new one these guys were great all the way around! Good advice very personable, and the service department rocks, Ive been few times with extras to warranty work and every time they treat me like a friend!! Cant ask for a better place to deal with!

Bought my bike at the i4 store.... Live in Kissimmee so OHD South is much closer.... Had some issues with the bike and Shane at OHD South is bustin knuckles to get my bike solid again! Couldnt ask for a better group of guys!

I live in winter haven and i work 2 miles from the local harley shop in lakeland. I choose the 34 mile ride just to deal with this dealership even if its for a minor purchase. Much more personable and knowledgable staff.

I bought slip on mufflers for my bike and they ordered wrong. Then they said they would get the right ones and ship to my place but they forgot again. Very unprofessional.never will do business again.
