Service was TERRIBLE! First, I decided to buy tires from them (a local dealer) rather than from Michelin at Bike Week. I also wanted them to look at a rather load ticking noise coming from the engine - load enough that I was concerned about driving the bike. Stormy Hill charged me over $250 more for the tires & installation than I would have paid at Bike Week! So much for doing the right thing and buying local! In total they had my bike for over a week. When I picked it up the ticking was still there! No difference whatsoever. I turned right around and brought the service manager out to listen. He said, he heard it no problem buy had no idea where it was coming from. No offer to look farther, no apology, nothing. I brought it to Orlando Harley off I4. They put stethoscopes on it & immediately identified the noise as coming from the front cylinder - which is what Id said to Stormy Hill. They took the engine apart and found metal filings in it. Harley Davidson replaced the engine under warranty. over a week with Stormy Hill with no resolution, under 1 day at Orlando & they replaced the engine. They also replaced the battery (wasnt starting fast enough for them), and all three lamps up front due to fogged lenses. These days I drive 30 minutes farther to Orlando - even if Im just buying oil - because they deserve my money while Stormy Hill only deserves my contempt.

Hello , I have been a customer of yours for 2 years now , I live downtown Orlando , I am literally 8 mins from Orlando Harley but I drive to your shop because of the excellent service ! your staff go above and beyond ! Alyshia , Roy and Jamey have always gone out of the way to make things right with their customers first attitude ! This place is AWFUL. The staff is rude and they are very over priced. Big lesson my husband and I learned and that is do not buy your motorcycle from there nor get it serviced there. They do awful work and the owner is anything but nice. I would definitely recommend Seminole Harley Davidson or Gator Harley Davidson. This place is a dump. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE DO NOT EXPECT IT TO BE HANDLED BECAUSE THEY NEVER HANDLED THE ISSUE I HAD WITH THE BIKE I BOUGHT. GO ELSEWHERE!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I had a noise under my gas tank - sounded like a BB in a tin can, I took the motorcycle into HD of Lakeland - BIG mistake, after months and months of in and outs, I brought my bike to Clermont. They found a wire shorting out under the gas tank! I rode for nearly a year with a wire shorting out under the GAS tank - Thank you HD of Clermont - you have the service others do not! I am ALWAYS greated and treated like a Harley owner should be treated! I will always use YOUR services!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! My boyfriend had a 9am appointment to have his bike serviced and fixed so it would shift into first gear. It took them 8 hours to get it done...he sat there the entire time waiting and not one employee even offered so much as a cup of water to him...and after getting the bike back, it still wont shift into first gear! Needless to say, we will take our business elsewhere. Definitely do not recommend this Harley dealership to anyone

My daughter was awaiting a liver kidney transplant and I had to sell my bike to pay bills. After 2 years I go into Stormy Hill and told them my story. They bent over backwards to get me a bike, even though it meant not a lot of money for them. Then Harley Corp sent her a gift package. This place is family, and killer service dept. Worth the drive.

I had purchased a 2008 Ultra Classic new and was never treated as anything better than a walk in customer. Got tired of this and traded for a 2013 Can Am RT Limited Spyder. Now I get treated much better and having more fun. I loved my Ultra just did not like my experience with the dealership.

Staff was easy to work with, new model year bikes with very low miles and in great condition. Would have preferred some better helmets to use and the fee increase due to Daytona Bike week was fairly steep ($50). Overall Id recommend them and use them again.

Parts department is friendly but theres an older man that works there that walk by you, doesnt even acknowledge you and seems stuck up rude. If you want to atract more customers that attitude needs to be addressed and removed.
