I purchased a 2013 Ultra Classic Limited at the time it was Ocala HD new. Great job by all involved in the sale. I live in Leesburg and they will come to my house pick up the bike do the work and, I will then go pick up the bike. Service department did a great job, they even washed my bike each time it was serviced. I called War Horse HD for a bad vibration, they came and picked up bike and fixed the problem. I went to pick up the bike and noticed one of my foot rest were missing. I told the service person and after the conversation they did replace the foot peg. Then I noticed another part on the front fender looked damaged, so I again pointed this out to the service person. His stand was that it looked ok to him. While they were replacing the foot peg I walked over to the sales person that had sold me the bike in 2013. He agreed I always took more than special care of my bike, and I expressed my concerns to him and he took me inside to meet the manager. I explained my concerned and he said not a problem he would have it replaced. He got the part out parts department to it over to service. The bike again came out and they had tried to repair the fender part. I could tell it was the original part. I told them they assured me they would replace the part, but they didnt. So they could see my disappointment in my face and the final result was if I wasnt satisfied they would replace the part which I thought was the game plan all along from the manager. I decided they were trying to convince me that the damaged part looked good. I thought they were trying to pass the buck. We had conversation and I wasnt happy with what they didnt do as they agreed to fix. I told them that wasnt our agreement and said I was ready to leave and they offered to put the new part on, I said that I was ready to leave. Oh by the way the first time I had any work done on my bike which they didnt wash the bike. This was my first bad experience in Ocala after having nothing but great sales and service. I am still deciding if I will go back.

My bike purchase and service experience at Warhorse H-D (Ocala) has been the best of any H-D dealership. Phil and Shawn are AWESOME in the service area; and, their technical team is TOP NOTCH!!! Always looking after the customers needs and willing to make it right. Along with the detail team (Scott and Ted), where the bike always looks SPOTLESS when it leaves the shop. Then when looking for the best parts for your fit and budget, Jasper and Guy will provide all the options with both the pros and cons. This allowed me to make the most informed decision. When buying my 2017 Street Glide, Dave, Will and Kristen were easy to work with from the bike search, to working the deal and financing. They all listened to need and assisted to make a FAIR deal. Last but not least, the clothing staff Aly, Jeanie and Shirley. They meet you with a warm welcome, including the offer of a hot cup of coffee or bottle of water. My experience with Warhorse H-D, has not been one of a business deal; instead, a personal relationship built around H-D ownership. Thanks to you ALL!!! You guys ROCK!!! Turnround

during bike week of 2016 we stopped into warhorse Harley Davidson to get poker chips an ended up buying a sportster for my wife. well it has been almost 2 months an i still havent received paper work so i can get tags for the bike so my wife can ride it. i live in Columbus Ohio so its not like i can run rite over to the dealership an talk to them in person. ive been dealing with Chris the general manager an now i feel ive been getting the run around. i have called crystal motors who owns war horse Harley Davidson. left a message for some one higher up to see what we can do to get this resolved. Monday i will be on the phone with Harley Davidson customer service an eagle mark financial to file complaints about this problem. i have to pay for the insurance an make payments on a bike that cant be ridden. this is the angry customer version there is more detail that all parties above will be told Monday when i file complaints with everyone. i am sorry i stopped in to this dealership

Rite away Ill start by saying, David Bailey (the old service manager) is at Gainesville Harley. Any who...Talk about kissing your ear, sweat taking ya and reaching in your back pocket for you wallet! Chris Chuchian tried getting me to sign a contract with the wrong VIN number. When I asked what was up with that he was frustrated and mumbling and changed my APR and tried to get me to sign a BLANK contract for him to fill in later! Who does that! Several contracts later Harley finally called me directly to sort it out. After my temp tag had expired and couldnt legally ride anymore. Of course he blamed everything on the motor company. They quickly had the proof to prove otherwise. What a mess that was. The guys in service department were great on the other hand.

I purchased a 2009 trike from ocala hd one year ago along with a three year extended warranty. It was explained to me at time of purchase by Chris that the bike had an after market cam and if it ever needed any work to contact him personally. Well the engine came apart several weeks ago and the warranty claim was denied due to the after market cam and I had to pay $4,600 out of pocket. Why would they sell me and extended warranty if they new it wouldnt be covered. Bike had 52K plus miles at time of purchase. The only reason I agreed to purchase the bike with that many miles was because they offered the extended warranty. Told me I was covered right down to the tires. Buyer beware Chris is now the sales manager!!!!

I was on my way to Daytona bike week when I lost use of my clutch and heard a whining noise. The service advisor Brent took my bike in immediately and said he would get me back on the road ASAP . The mechanic repaired the clutch problem and when test riding discovered the transmission bearings were shot Now its later in the day and there was no way it would be done till the next day . So I tried renting a car to get to my Hotel , there was nothing available , Chris the General Manager saw I was distraught had one of his guys "Buddy" drive me 2 hrs. to Daytona to my Hotel . The next day I was back on the road .The service was top notch . Thanks to all the people at War Horse HD Ed Muraca

I AM NOT BIG ON POSTING REVIEWS AGAINST OTHER BUSINESSES!!! BUT VERY I MEAN VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DUE TO THE PARTS MANAGER!!!! PARTS STAFF AND THE REST I WOULD GRADE A 10++++ EVEN THE GENERAL MANAGER CHRIS 10+ SERVICE MANAGER 10+ ALSO!!! BUT WHO EVER IS THE GO TO GUY>>> I STRONGLY SUGGEST MAYBE HE NEED"S TO BE REPLACED OR GIVEN A SERIOUS LESSON ON HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE ETHICS!!! I WILL PROBABLY NEVER STEP FOOT BACK ON THEIR PREMISES AGAIN!!! OVER A $130.00 SET OF GRIPS!!! HISTORY OF SPENDING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BUYING MANY MOTORCYCLES AND ACCESSORIES!!! SENDING AND PROMOTING THEM SINCE 2000 WHEN IT WAS OCALA HD!!! THAT"S ALL I HAVE TO SAY!!!
