Out of all the Harley Davidson dealerships Ive ever had to deal with.... this one needs some SERIOUS CUSTOMER Recognition, Helpful and kind customer service!! Ive had a questionable service with the girls in clothing... but I let it slide as they seem to be too busy talking to one another then the interest in customer service! This time around, same time last year...but this time needing a new rear tire and a complete oil change, They wanted $367 roughly for a complete Synthetic for all three units. But were the cheapest in tires as I had called around... I had them replace my rear tire in which they needed a full day!! being out of town and my only transport,,, found it very inconvenient!! upon doing so, they also fixed a recall issue, and flashed my stereo system with the latest update not asking first... well, that didnt go well and the stereo didnt sound the same, I had them check it out again, in which they wanted to GET PAID then to help and assist the issue, Said that I never got the amp turned on in my stage II upgrade...??? well it sounded great before this flash..? ended up having to contact my dealership and getting them on the phone with Rocky Mountain Service "Joe" Friendly guy, but not the best service I have received, made a bid deal out of wanting to get paid in which I understand to a point! They took care of it as to what I thought may have fixed the issue of loudness and clarity that I had experienced before... he gave me the invoice of 0.5hrs of a charge of $56 and some odd change...? said he would try and bill as warranty but if couldnt would send the bill to my dealership of purchase back home? Needless to say the problem isnt fixed..!! I called today, wanted the bike for another full day in which I do not have the convenience to do so, I usually get great service right away, even being out of town at other dealerships!! When trying to set up over the phone for best available... it wasnt a pleasant conversation, as i got the... "well youll just have to deal with it"? response which usually would set anyone off whos been disrespected upon a large new purchase with warranty!! I even went to Mile High Harley Davidson off of Hwy 70 to get my oil changed... you wont find better service or oil change...!! Ill go anywhere and will avoid this dealership at all costs!! Its sad... knowing that I lived here for 12 years before my move out of state. This place barely deserves a star! However! They arent all bad Apples!! They seem to be more about money then about the customer in my opinion!! All bikes on the floor have no detail about the bike or MSRP price of the new bikes... used... yes, but talking to one of the sales guys... just like another used/new car salsmen... No good in my book and poorly knowledgable! The presentation of this dealership is also POOR!! .... if you dont believe my words... keep reading others or see and visit yourself. This dealership has one of the worst ratings....!!! That should say something!! UPDATE Called the service department again, Joe answered the phone and I inquired about a large thumb drive and if it would not allow the previous update of such a large thumb drive Over250gb to be recognized by the stereo system. Joe didnt know which is fare! Since my experience and knowledge of firmware and technology being my career... I decided to install the past update using my 32gb using a past update THIS FIXED THE PROBLEM!! The origin updated version by Harley for some reason has 10 file updates in which for some reason disables the speed volume control? Joe was kind enough to call Harley Davidson Support and request as to why and what was on the firmware updates that so many have ISSUES with, granted they wont disclose that information and are just told to update systems in the new models. Joe requested that I take it back in and he would take care of me... He did just that. Joe gets it where most others there do not! He actually reads these and is concerned about their rating! i am upping my rating just for Joe! without great customer support, this happens

My wife started riding this year and after starting her on a smaller Yamaha she really wanted a Sportster. After having the worst experience with HD dealers (Ok, Tx, Nv) in the past I was reluctant to even set foot in another HD dealership. This past Jan I sucked it up and we entered Pikes Peak Harley. I informed the salesman that we had no interest in buying today and just wanted to look at some Sportsters. The salesman (Don) and the manager (Pat) had no problem with this and patiently showed several bikes to her. The answered all her questions and gave her their full attention. Pat told her he would give her a good deal on her Yamaha when she was ready and we left. We visited a few more times over the next few weeks and finally pulled the trigger and bought a 2014 1200T. It was the smoothest and easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. Over the next few months we have purchased items from clothing to parts to service. Every member of the team has treated us fairly with a great attitude. We have run into Rich from the service department at motorcycle shows and he always comes up to chat with us. We ran into Don (salesman) on a poker run and he rode a few legs with us. I have a Hayabusa (I need the speed and high RPMs) and the whole store has been aware that I was interested in a used V Rod as a second bike but it had to be the right bike at the right price. Anytime I visited and they had a used one they let me know what the price was and showed it to me. This last Saturday we came in to discuss getting help loading our bikes for our upcoming move to Utah. Pat came up to me and said he had just bought an 05 V Rod Screamin Eagle. It was in perfect shape with only 6k miles and in Orange/Black. He gave me the number it would take to buy it and told me to come back Monday and test it out. I walked in Monday morning and traded my R6. There was no haggling and the deal was done in about 10 minutes. Our salesman (Don) didnt make much but it had to have been his easiest deal ever.I got a VERY good deal IMO and Dave in finance got me a great rate. Due to medical reasons my 2 wheel riding days will end in the near future and I will have to switch to a trike. My wife is active duty Army and no telling where we might be be but I will make the trip to purchase from Pikes Peak when its time. We have enjoyed visiting the store every week and will miss it after our move. If you want a Harley this is the place to buy one. Due to the way my wife was treated, HD has a customer for life with her

the service department is the worse. 1st make an appointment two weeks in advance for the morning and your lucky to get it back the same day. now for the main review. when I was having problems with my stage two speaker due to the AVC (automatic volume control) not working properly and they insisted nothing was wrong. The service manager told me however to bring it in the next day so he could look at it and when I did he said he couldnt look at it due to being to busy. A new radio update came out and it worked. So to the service manager yes there was something wrong. they than blew my speaker and I had to wait around 3 months to get a new one even though they had one in stock but the parts manager wouldnt let me have it even though the dealership is the one that blew it. Than the Vox went out and they kept screwing around with things to fix it which didnt make sense and finally corporate told them to replace the wiring harness and it worked. They than tried to fix the trunk due to popping open and it still doesnt work. I will see if I can take it to a different dealer to have fixed and if they cant since PPHD has been working on it I will reluctantly take it back to them. I than found 2 scratches on my bike and the service manager showed me pics they supposedly took when I brought my bike in and stated they were there when I brought it in. However, the date on the pic was a date when they didnt even have the bike as I was out of town. Interesting how they could of taken this pic when they didnt have the bike. The district manager stated they could try to buff it out but since they apparently didnt have the bike when they said they did I should get a new fender. They say they will call you and never do. You would think as long as I was having to wait for everything they would try their best to get everything working properly instead of blowing you off. I always had to call them as they never called me when they said they would. to sum up they had my bike a total of about 3 months and they had to replace a speaker, fix the vox, fix the trunk lock, which again still isnt fixed, and scratches on my bike. All I have to say is I have never seen a dealership treat their customers the way they do and unless I cant get my bike to another dealership I will never go back and when we buy my wife a bike next summer I will go to Denver or elsewhere to buy it.
