My original purchase included some major misunderstandings on price. My bad for not scrutinizing every little detail and asking all the right questions before signing. Luckily, I ended up working directly with the Sales Manager who bent over backwards to make it right. My advice is to go in, take your time and really understand what youre getting into. The base price youre quoted is not the final number. There are a number of fees and add-ons that should be discussed and negotiated. Remember that no matter how friendly a sales guy seems, hes still a sales guy. Otherwise, they had exactly what I wanted and a whole bunch of other Honda toys that are now on my list.

Went to Peak Automart a little over a week ago in search of a used car on a specific budget. Not only was I there for only a short period of time I was also very impressed with how well the transaction was handled. There was ZERO back and forth and I was able to drive out of there with the car that I wanted for the monthly cost I needed. Danyal was great and I would surely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a vehicle!

Went in on Thursday to see how much they would buy my motorcycle for and Steve and I agreed on a price and that I would bring it in at 9am Saturday to finish the deal. I arrive at 9 and Steve is not there and at 9:50 someone finally gets ahold of Steve asking why he offered that price. They then turn around and offer me significantly less than what was agreed on. They not only lied to me but wasted my time for nothing.

I had been to a few other places prior to going there and the results were like night and day. everyone was very friendly especially my sales rep Danyal. he was knowledgeable of all the cars and helped me find the perfect vehicle for me and my family. Do NOT trust Peak Automatt. They offered in writing to buy my car. When I went in with the written offer, they declined to honor it. Their rep claimed it was "not in the computer" despite the fact that I could see it myself on his computer screen. Total dishonestly. This might have been something a car dealer could get away with in the past, but not in 2016.

Great place, helpful staff. I was traveling through on my gl1800 and needed tires before I headed home. I called and asked if I needed an appointment, was told to show up and they would get me in. The tires were in stock and the wait was short and best of all prices were very reasonable.

Took my bike here to have it checked out and serviced. Everything was done well. This is a brand new location. I dont think it is accessible from Wadsworth. You have to access it by the backside street, South Balsam Way. It was a car dealership, and they are remodeling the whole thing.
