Unfortunately, I have to echo some of the concerns posted about the company’s customer service and “proofing” process. I have no issues with the actual quality of the printing itself. The image was clear, it matched my artwork, and it was centered correctly. However, my issue was with the scaling / size of the graphic. I ordered larger shirt sizes (XL, 2XL, 3XL, & L). I filled the entire width of the back of the shirt when I submitted my online order. I received a proof that looked exactly as I had envisioned, and I approved it. When I received the shirts, I noticed that the actual scaling was significantly smaller than the proof. I showed it to several other people who agreed “the graphic should be bigger”. I emailed the company pictures and comparisons with the proof. I called the next morning, and I was promptly told that I should not rely on the sizing shown on the proof. Instead, I should look closely at the job notes (in the proof jpeg file itself) where it indicates the image width. Nowhere in the actual proof email does it state “your image will only be 12 inches wide”. I spoke to Gail on the phone and expressed my disappointment that the image was so small relative to the size of the shirt (an XL shirt has 21” of canvas between the sleeve seams, they used 9”-12” of that width). Gail pointed out where they mention the image size (in job notes, within the jpeg image), and she reminded me that I had approved the proof. I had to run to another call, but told her I would call back later to finish our discussion. I called back, left a message, but several days later nobody has called me back. I accept my responsibility in this process. I wish I had realized that the proof did not truly represent the way my shirts would look. Though the email made no mention of the image size or scale, that information is inconspicuously contained in the proof jpeg file. I wasn’t looking for a free reprint of my t-shirt order, but I was expecting the company would accept some small portion of responsibility. They had a professional graphic artist review my image and decide what scale & size would look the best. Instead of showing a little empathy towards the customer, they chose to immediately refer to their fine print and admit zero responsibility. I’m attaching photos showing the comparison between their proof and an actual XL shirt. You can see the job notes (where it mentions the image width) in the 2nd photo. I have had 5 separate projects printed by LoweGear and every single one came out phenomenal! Initially I went with them because they have a lower QTY requirement of 6, so that was helpful. Now I go with them because the quality is GREAT. I just wish they were closer to me (Im in NJ) but the online order process was simple to follow, and in the event you do have a problem, they have someone there to assist you via private message. I am beyond pleased and plan on using them more in the future! The ONE negative thing (and this is only to help, not to complain) is that whoever packed the boxes didnt really do a great job. All of my orders came and the boxes were open, but not because of tampering, because it was poorly taped. NOT a big deal, but being that there is no inner protection for the shirts, they can easily get stained or damaged :) THANK YOU LOWEGEAR! You are amazing.

Poor customer service, would not recommend this company! The graphic artists didnt assist me in helping to make sure my artwork was correct. They couldnt follow through on a simple request in the artwork, was told it couldnt be done. But at my second order, the artist was able to do that same denied request and then changed artwork on a second proof that was supposed to be a repeat order. I was also told "im sorry, we were so busy" and didnt get back to me for a week and a half after i requested some t-shirts. They are not so interested to provide good customer service. They get the order, and thats all they need. Doesnt matter what the customer thinks.

I cannot thank you guys enough for the shirts. They were a hit and the envy of those who didnt have one at my BBQ. I was skeptical through it all with such a short deadline. Got a call for approval on Wednesday Im thinking "No way are the gonna print my shirts and get them here in 2 days". My shirts arrived on Friday. I wasnt expecting the quality of the shirts to be any good because the price was sooo cheap but they were awesome. LoweGear YOU ROCK!!!! Im telling all my friends. ThIs is the third year in a row we have had lowegear printing bring our creative dreams to life for our annual family reunion, They never disappoint! This year we even ordered the shirts last minute and their artist worked promptly with us to produce our new design just the way we wanted it! I can not say enough good things about this company. They even sent us a gift bag with some free stuff, who doesnt like free stuff?! The customer service is awesome, my emails are always responded to in a timely manner and the artist is very good to work with as well. Youll be hearing from us next year lowegear!

FANTASTIC Service, Great prices! Easy online shirt designer what else can you ask for . I was getting some shirts made for the rock group Staunton and accidentally uploaded and approved the wrong design. This was 100% my fault and I didnt catch the mistake until days later. I Lucked out and Aimee quickly fixed my error and approved the new logo! BTW she also did charge me the fee to redo the printing template which I would have completely understood paying for. Top notch service at a top notch price. I will be doing business here again!

Came here with a cartoon graphic I had designed for my band, The Misophones, to use as our first shirt. This was the best price we could find both in town or online so we thought wed check them out. We had the shirts in a week and were completely happy with the way they came out. My bandmates agree that they look like the perfect punk rock shirts (trust us, weve bought like a million shirts from other bands weve seen live) and well definitely be coming back when we need more or have a new design. Ive ordered shirts a few times now through Lowe Gear and I couldnt be happier. The customer service was excellent and the quality of the prints are great! Ive had bad experiences with other places where the print doesnt hold up, but the print on my shirts from Lowe Gear has been extremely durable. Im also a bit of a procrastinator:) and they were excellent at meeting my tight time lines. Highly recommend.

The absolutely best experience we have ever had ordering our staff shirts!!!! So friendly and very quick response on all of my questions!!! We have a large staff and it is usually a complex, rushing the deadline to get in time, process, but not with these guys!!! LoweGear Printing has really made a huge difference in ordering our staff , they are awesome!!!!!
