I had a project for my kids school that I was asked to do. I went to this store to see if it made sense to have someone else make copies or use my own printer. I spoke with the girl working in the front and she said it would be 20 to 25 dollars for what I needed to be done. That made sense to me and sounded like a good price (I even supplied my own card stock to be used). Once everything was done a different associate rung me up at the register and told me it was $55. I tried to explain to him that she had quoted me a price and now it was costing over double that. She was standing their and really didnt have anything to say. The associate said $55 was the price and basically what she had told me didnt matter. As a former business owner I know one thing if you give the customer a price, that is the price whether you make a mistake or not. Very poor customer service.

We ship a lot of manufactured parts, sometimes we are in a big rush, and Anthony makes it happen. Heavy items, even over-night, are no problem.
