Hands down some of the WORST customer service I have ever experienced at a store. Went in there to make copies of a flyer I had in my Google Drive. First he points at some computers you are charged BY THE MINUTE to use to access my Drive and print a copy that he can then make 100 copies of. For some reason the public computers werent able to access GOOGLE and I wasted 10 minutes, a lot of patience, and a few dollars. I proceed to ask him to just print it out from the computer he is standing in front of behind the desk and he proceeds to tell me the DONT HAVE INTERNET on those computers. Tell me customers arent allowed to use them, against store policy, but dont LIE or give me some BS excuse that your WORK computer in 2015 isnt connected to the internet. Dont worry though, the STAPLES in the SAME PLAZA was a great help, had me out the door in 5 minutes and were CHEAPER. DO NOT GO HERE OR GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!

Man named Jai made me so uncomfortable I will NEVER return!!! Totally ignored me while I was waiting at the register to pay for my purchase, then came running when a MAN came up to the counter and needed help. I said, "Hey! I was here first!" then he laughed and said oh yeah? As if it were funny. Never apologized, never cared, never thanked me for my business. Then he starts trying to chat me up and ask me a ton of questions about my hair, I told him all i wanted to do was pay for my faxes and leave but he didnt care. I WAS PAINFULLY UNCOMFORTABLE AND HE DIDNT STOP! what a CREEP!!! Do your job and dont ignore customers completely and then try hitting on them at the register...JERK!

The WORST FedEx office ever. These guys nitpick about every little thing from the way I package my boxes to the way I fill out my forms. Ive used OTHER Tampa locations and no one has ever nitpick the way these guys do. I am able to just go into the OTHER offices, drop off my packages and have it get there without any problems. But NEVER with the Citrus park location. I try to AVOID this location as much as possible. Dont waste your time here...its not worth the headache!

Every time I go into this Fed Ex they are friendly. They offer great solutions that I wouldnt have thought of. I dont know what these negative reviews are about. I go here for all printing/shipping needs.
