Beautiful flowers, great service, reasonable price....Great Combination!! This was my first time shopping at Country Squire Florist. After spending 30 mins at another popular local florist, feeling like I was not going to find what I was looking for and without anyone asking if I needed assistance, I decided to try Country Squire. I am so glad I did. From the moment I walked up the beautiful entrance way, I felt welcomed. Then I walked in and friendly face promptly greeted me and asked if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for and he brought out 3 different options!!! It was EXACTLY what I was looking for....then when he told me the price, I was pleasantly surprised...sold!! The flowers were a big hit for the special occasion.

The absolute WORST florist I have ever been too. I ordered a bouquet for prom on 4/21 on Monday of that week. When I picked them up all the roses were already open, soft and if you touched them the petals would fall off, all the pedals were already curled out because the roses were so old. For $55 i was expecting a beautiful bouquet. They were extremely busy when I picked them up due to all the proms/dances that weekend so I didnt mention it to them. I immediately drove to Nanz and Krafts (which is where I should have gone to begin with) completely upset. They were able to make a beautiful bouquet for me. I really dont think this rating even deserved One star, but it would not let me post otherwise. Picture to follow.

My family has been using Country Squire Florist for the past 2 decades. There have been some positive and some negative experiences, but overall good in the past. I wanted them to do the flowers for my wedding, however they were impossible to get in contact with. I went into the store and the woman working there couldnt help me, so she gave me the name of Sarah Harris, who was in charge of wedding flowers. I called, emailed, and went back into the store to try to get in contact with her and to this day have still not received a response. Definitely lost my business.

The exterior of this florist gives hope to some originality and quality; however, this is not the case. The I just purchased flowers here for a third time, one delivery and twice in-store. What I got was an overpriced version of something you could go down the street and buy at Kroger. Maybe they do nice wedding flowers I dont know - but for the everyday (or birthday) type purchase Id look elsewhere. I give two stars simply because I appreciate how they improved the look of their current location. Hopefully they can step it up in the floral quality.

I have been using Country Squire for years. However, I wont be going back. There is a woman there that was nothing but rude to me on two different occasions. I dont know if she is an owner or daughter of the owner but she needs serious work on her customer service skills. Thank goodness for the younger man working yesterday who helped fix an issue.

AMAZING! Truly quality work. Ive used Country Squire over the years and they are doing my upcoming September wedding, but last week I ordered 2 small bouquets as Thank Yous and I left the flowers & design completely up to them. They were delivered this morning to my workplace and the bouquets turned out beautiful! I cannot recommend them enough.

The new location near the corner of Shelbyville and Hurstbourne is absolutely beautiful inside. I really enjoyed just strolling around and checking out the creativity. I order from Country Squire a lot and the arrangements are always beautiful and delivered on time, with very friendly and helpful service.
