Ordered flowers for my mother in laws birthday. I looked at arrangements on their website and then called and told them which one I liked. I picked them up the next day and was extremely disappointed. The flowers were very sparse and some of them were already browning and wilting. Another thing I was upset about is that they didnt do a full 360° arrangement, meaning you couldnt sit the arrangement in the center of a table and it look nice from any viewing angle. It had a back (which was ask of the greens and stems) and a front with the few and poor quality flowers. Ive never ordered flowers from any florist (and Ive ordered a lot) and has them only arrange half the the bouquet.

The most, arrogant and rude folks Ive had an opportunity to work with! I had a death in my family, the woman at the counter acted as if it was just to much trouble to assist me!! My family has used this shop for nearly 20 years!! Quality services are not their top priority!! Folks of Avon, you would be better served going somewhere else!!! There are many other caring and comforting shops to assist you in your time of grief!!! A CUSTOMER OF 20 YEARS, NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Disrepectfully, William Thomas

The Avon Florist just did the florals for my wedding, and everything was so beautiful and exactly what I had in mind. The staff was so helpful with my questions and changes, even the week before. I would definitely recommend them. The only negative comment would be that I didnt see them at all the day of which resulted in a little difficulty about where the different arrangements were.

I am a first time constomer and I spent over $80 on Valentines Day for my wife and was dissapointed. I ordered a delux package and didnt get it, some of the flowers were brown and dead. For the price I could of went back to Mcnamera and had better quality of flowers for the same price. Thanks for making me look stupid on this special for my wife . Not next year

This place did an excellent job, I called last minute and gave them a very vague description of what I wanted and they did amazing. I was more than satisfied, friendly and reasonably priced and same day delivery. I live out of state and they made it so easy for me. I will definitely use them again.

Avon Florist is one of my preferred vendors at Avon Wedding Barn because they do an excellent job and are so very nice to deal with. I have had them for 4 years without one poor quality arrangement. They are creative and serve with excellence! Brides are happy with their work! I appreciate them!
