Truly a Shopping Pleasure - I drive just a few more miles down the road past HEB to get to the Lakeway Randalls. The store associates in every department are always on top of their game and eager to help find just the item youre looking for. Im impressed that management is always on the floor assisting customers and it makes for a less stressful grocery experience. I dont feel "in the way" or like Im being herded, as when Im at HEB. The Meat/Seafood Dept. folks are always a hoot and never fail to suggest a great dinner based on my input. Even the Rx employees are never too busy to smile and give a kind word as they are filling your prescriptions. The Checkers and Cust. Service personnel are genuinely friendly and knowledgeable and will assure your accurate checkout in a fairly fast manner. Everything from the great specials and excellent quality meats and deli foods to the customer friendly parking lot makes it worth the extra drive. Thanks Lakeway Randalls for the extra effort and for being great neighbors!

Shopping at Randalls Lakeway is the most civilized experience one can have in grocery shopping in the Austin and Lakeway area. The staff there are friendly and helpful and even the other customers are for the most part friendly and classy. Go down the Road to the Bee Cave HEB and compare, where the experience is more like a bad night at the roller derby. The meat at Randalls is the best Ive found in Austin for the price. The wine selection is mind-blowing at a price that beats just about everybody in town. I never dread a run to the store if its Randalls Lakeway.

The absolute best thing to happen to Randalls Lakeway is HEB opening up down the street. I cant believe I actually witnessed the store manager "screaming" at an employee in front of customers. I dont care who did what, but that level of unprofessionalism does not deserve my patronage. The only thing Randalls has going for it is the Bakery Dept. I regularly call upon Lisa to help me as she appears to be the only person who cares about my orders. Other than that, I can get the same low quality produce and meat anywhere.

Best pharmacy in the area. Great staff! I am a loyal customer for 12 years. Freakin ridiculous store layout. Pickles in 3 different parts of the store. Cheeses in 3 different areas. Bread, same way. They carry an item and then discontinue it... or maybe they moved it to another part of store. It is frustrating. They probably think it is smart marketing, but it just irritates me and I will do my grocery shopping at the HEB when it opens on 620. ( $800-$1,000 per month)

WAY OVER priced !! lousy selection!!! always raising prices and calling them on sale!! alot of items are almost double what HEB prices are like coffee....the card is BS... never needed a card to get a lower price at any other food chain.... this place should be called SCANDALLS seems the Chain only caters to wealthy neighborhoods where people dont double check receipts...the only good thing I can say about them are nice employees

O K. ... I st I went to the deli to get fried chicken - Marlon helped me and he was very nice & pleasant. .. 2nd for wine & #3 = the pharmacy ...which is almost always pleasant. .. Pharmacist Elizabeth was there and she has ALWAYS been just extremely nice to me ... the guy & lady were also nice ! Randalls serves as a quick trip for a few items when I cant/dont want to drive the extra 10 minutes to HEB. The selection is limited, the prices are high, the produce and meat selections arent great. But, if you just need a baguette or some milk at least its close. I will be happy when the promised HEB opens in Lakeway.

Went to buy gas at Randalls. The pump price was 10 cents more than what was posted on the sign. The person working the booth told me in a somewhat rude way that you have to pay cash or debit to get the posted price. Seems like a misleading way to do business. I suggest you not buy gas at Randalls

The sacker was super rude and threw my groceries down when i told him i have a certain way if doing it. Then the clerk would not listen to me when i asked to get him to leave. I then proceeded to ask for a manager she refused to get one. I most likely wont return.

This Randalls has gone to the dump. I waited literally 10 minutes at the counter to get some service. Waiting to check out, the cashier was on his phone, go to Heb, they actually treat you with respect.

Pricey on a lot of products. Not a great selection, especially fresh veggies and fruit. Their bakery is great and the meats are awesome. Love the Ranchers Reserve beef, its the best around.
