My daughter lives in Iowa and order me some flowers online and the order went to this florist. They called me and said they "Had an order for my daughter" and needed my address. I asked them who the were from. She read the card and it didnt make sence. It was my Mother 1 year Anniversary of her passing and my daughter couldnt be so she sent "Me" flowers. I was horrified when they read the card to me because it said and I quote, "To, Lauren, I love you and I am thinking of you, Kat". Well, this scared me beyond belief because everyone knows my daughter lives in Iowa and only my Mother calls her Kat. When I got the flowers, I just broke down thinking my mother had this set up for my daughter before she even died. It broke my heart. Come to find out the florist got it wrong. It was from me from my daughter and she put Kat on there because it was my mothers special day. My daughter said my name and address was on the order. So, when I posted the flowers online to show what my sweet baby girl sent me she immediately responded by saying thats not what I ordered. I am really disappointed. And again that broke my heart because she was trying to make my day special. She sent me the picture of the bouquet she ordered and she was right, it looked nothing like what she ordered. I called the florist and try to find out what had happened. They told me that I received exactly what she ordered. Then, they asked me to send a picture of the flowers she ordered online and I did and I never heard back from them. I finally called back and got excuse after excuse but what it came down to was, my daughter used a coupon online so when the florist got the order they didnt make as much money as they should have, so they said they made the recipe for the amount of the money they received. I said what? My daughter bought and paid the price they were asking and your telling me you sent me these tiny flowers because of the discount she got on line and then she said there was a delivery fee. Well, that was about $11.00 and I live 2 miles from their location. So, I feel like we were taken advantage of because they felt like since it came through online no one would know the difference. Big mistake, this is not how you treat customers. She refused make it right. All she had to do was remake the arrangement and redilver it and take the other one back but nope. She said she made it right. I so wish there was a way I could up load the pictures so everyone could see the difference. She had every excuse in the book, so she finally told me to go back online and report it and my daughter would get her money back. I said thats not what we want. We want you to make it right. We dont need the money back and she still refused to do anything. So now we have filed a complaint online against thos florist. We will NEVER USE THIS FLORIST AGAIN...AND WE BUY ALOT OF FLOWERS...Their loss, bad company and disrespectful.

Ill give them this, they have a nice store. There are some overpriced home furnishings and decor that are beautiful. However, I have had flower arrangements made here twice now and neither came out correct. Firstly, my boyfriend ordered a dozen roses with some 6 lilies mixed in (which was an exact order off of the website) that he paid for online. This was delivered minus some roses and lilies. They literally sent a floppy, half-made bouquet that you could tell was over-filled with greenery. Had to have that mess refunded. It was ridiculous. The 2nd experience was today from a corsage order I placed by phone a week ago. I told them Id be there today to pick it up and I even gave them an accurate time the day I ordered it. I walked in today to have to wait 30 minutes for my corsage to be made since they hadnt gotten to it. Then when they handed it to me, they had made a corsage that you pin on when I had ordered a wrist corsage. Really?? It was simple!! I even gave them free reign over what flowers and ribbons to use as long as it was within the color scheme!! WTH!! By then, I wasnt willing to wait any longer and will just accept that crappy corsage. I will no longer purchase flowers through this company though. Im not sure if its that they are slow for business or if they are just in habit of taking their time, but in my opinion, this is an unorganized company. Its as if they do things hoping you dont notice or simply because they didnt read/write down the order.

I read the reviews online and while there were plenty of bad ones, it appeared they were from several years ago and that service had improved. So I thought I would give this florist a chance. They are TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM. Their service sucks and so do their flowers. I ordered the flowers online early in the morning to have them delivered near the end of the work day. They claimed they attempted to deliver them when specified but the recipient wasnt home. The recipient said they were definitely home when the flowers should have been delivered. When I went to pick the flowers up the next day the woman in the store told me the driver usually ends his day 30mins-1hr before the shop actually closes. Which is idiotic. The employee who helped me at the store showed no sympathy what so ever. Although she did apologize but it was insincere. To top it all off there were hardly as many flowers as advertised online. It was mostly greenery and some of the flowers were wilted. I could have went to Kroger and got MUCH more beautiful, quality flowers for half the cost. Dont waste your time or money with this business.

I went to this flower shop told them what I wanted how I wanted it and type of flowers along with reasons why I wanted it, It was our 10 year anniversary, as I explained they wrote down what I wanted for tweenty to thirty minutes, needless to say I spent 150$ in the shop. The day came flowers delivered and the flowers were old already wilting" REALLY" they were not the flowers I was wanting, it was thrown together a real disappointment. My biggest disappointment is I wanted the big yellow daffodils because they were our wedding colors. Out of everything that was wrong thats where they failed at horribly wrong no call no nothing just like owell they will get over it. If they cannot care for a 10 year anniversary dont think things will be different, they wont care about your special moments either. Shame on you Conway Classic Touch Flowers, you dont get the special days back and you ruined it.

Ive seen the other reviews listed here and Im glad I didnt notice them before I placed the order. I had EXCELLENT service, quality, and delivery. I am out of town but wanted to send a graduating friend some flowers at her work on campus. I called three different florists in Conway. I talked to Classic Touch first and described what I was looking for, the woman on the phone was SO friendly and understanding. I then called 2 other places who were very terse and just pointed me to their websites and didnt offer any guidance. When I called back the next day to place the order with Classic Touch, I talked to a different woman who was equally friendly. I had no problems placing the order, the delivery went perfectly, and my friend is SO pleased with her beautiful arrangement.
