I bought a red 350-Z convertible from them. 2005, 6 speed. It supposedly had a brand new convertible top installed and new tires. Well, many of the internal straps and parts of the top have come loose/undone in the years time Ive had it. It had no brakes, had to get all 4 brakes replaced within a few days, at least they paid for half of it. The heating core/coil in the dashboard is broken, so the car has no heat. The paint is peeling off of and bowing up on both mirrors and the panel that lifts for the top to go down. I took it to a paint shop and its not factory paint on either, it was a cheaply painted over rig job. I also had to, over time, replace BOTH DOOR HANDLES that cost me $550. Why, you ask? Well, the shop asked me if I had ever replaced these before and I said no, well neither door had some piece in side that was the stock part (dont remember the name) but they were 2 different colors and neither were what they should have been. I bought the car with 49,051 miles on it too, May 31st 2014. It currently has 56,895 miles on it as of 11/30/2015. Yes, you read that right. All these issues in about 7,000 miles of driving. I honestly just wish I could take the car back and get my money back towards another car and give them another chance, I only went here because of the reviews, but they wouldnt even pay to put BRAKES on a car that they sold me WITHOUT BRAKES, so I doubt theyd be any more accommodating about me wanting to return the car without losing a ton of money being so upside down on it. Hell the day I bought it the guy who washes the cars left early so I had to come back not 1, not 2, but THREE times to get the carwash I was supposed to get before I drove it off the lot. Miserable experience. If I could give MY experience 0 stars, I would.

I have heard good things about this place but now I know why. Brandon, Scott and group have by far set the bar for car purchases. I am in the Automobile Service industry and been at dealerships. This is not a dealership. It is a family that happens to sell cars. And they do that very well. They have to make a living so they do not give the cars away but the prices are honest and comparable to other places. What sets them above the big chain stores is the personable touch. Brandon went way above what I am ashamed to say that I would not have probably done. He sacrificed his off time for my family and I will forever be grateful You got my family out of a pinch and now I have bought 2 cars from them. I cant say Thank You enough. I will never buy a new car again unless you start stocking them. Thanks again to you for treating my family the way you did.

Excellent Customer Service without the pressure! Brien and Tammy were great to work with during the entire process! UPDATE: Paid $4000+ for a warranty at the time of purchase. I was very clear that I wanted a warranty that would cover all moving parts to the convertible top. I was assured that the warranty I purchased would cover everything. Now the top needs repairs. Warranty company says it only covers the motor - nothing else. I called SunVertibles and talked to Brien today. He said he will see what he can do. Will update as things progress. UPDATE: Brien was responsive and worked with John (the owner) and the warranty company to see what could be done. I am very pleased that there was a fair resolution reached. I would not hesitate to give them my future business or refer someone to SunVertibles.

Ive seen the Sunvertibles dealership from the highway from years but have not been in the market for a vehicle until now. I began looking for a car and found a match on their website. The Sunvertibles website is very easy to navigate and either contains or has a link to any info you need or want to know. Went to the lot and was met there by a sales rep named Brandon Martin. Brandon provided what was, in my opinion, just the right amount of guidance and freedom needed to make this one of the most pleasant buying experiences Ive ever had, and hands down the best car buying experience for me. Thanks again to Brandon for all his help finding a car for my college student daughter. If youre in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend paying a visit to Sunvertibles and asking for Brandon.

This was my first time buying a car from a business rather than a private person, and after less-than-stellar experiences elsewhere, I had a wonderful experience at SunVertibles. Brien Boone was welcoming and not pushy in the slightest, and let me explain what I was looking for (and do research!) rather than steer me toward something I didnt need. Jon Adkins and Mr. Boone worked with me with a very reasonable value on my trade-in, and made sure I knew my options as far as warranties and gap insurance in relation to my needs and budget. I will pay them a visit in the future for sure, and will encourage friends and family to do the same. Oh, and when you get a vehicle, they donate some of their earnings to a charity of your choice from their pre-determined selection pool. How cool is that?

I had been shopping for a Camaro online, and saw a listing at Sunvertibles for one with everything I was looking for. I went to check it out, and even without making an appointment the sales people were extremely helpful. Doug Lucas did an outstanding job of making me feel at home, and ran over all the paperwork for the car and even got me a test drive that same day. Over the next couple days Doug stayed in contact with me while I was working with the bank and made sure the car stayed on the lot for me. When I came back to make the purchase, he had everything ready to go, all I had to do was sign and take the car home. Never thought I could say Im excited about a car dealership, but if youre thinking of buying a car Id highly recommend Sunvertibles!

The purchase of our Kia Sorento was one of the best experiences you could ask for. Matthew was willing to take an entire afternoon to look at each of the possible choices for our first "family" car, as we looked at 6 vehicles in depth. Then after that, we test drove 3 of them! He was very knowledgeable about each vehicle on the lot, and was able to help us pick out the best vehicle for us. As this was our first car loan experience, he was also very helpful in explaining everything we needed to know in easy to understand terms. After our experience we suggest Matthew & Sunvertibles to anyone we know who is looking for a "new" vehicle. All around great service & selection! Thanks for the GREAT experience!

I recently bought a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado (yes this dealership sales more than convertibles) and it was by far the most eaisest and best car buying experence I have ever had. Doug was my sales man and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and was not trying to over sale me the truck. He let the truck sale it self. All the staff at Sunvertibles was nice and very professional. I was the custormer that showed up right at closing time and they all treated me as if the doors just opened. There was no rush on there part and they took the time to explain everything to me. Way after there scheduled time for closing . I would recommend anyone buying a car to give these guys a shot. Wesley Todd King
