Ive lived in this area for a few years now and just had ridiculous experience at STOP n SHOP in Worcester. Looking for several items and then going to get a half a gallon of Half n Half and practically every time I go to get some, on the bottom shelf of a glass door unit, there is none. Well when I saw that I said to a woman near me, Cynthia, that why is that every time this is empty? Her snarky response, "Not every time." I got upset. Her response should have been more apologetic and to help me but no. I lost it... Then her coworker, David, chimed in and called me a cry baby and asked if I wanted a tissue. I got in his face and asked if wanted a piece of me. Then he said, "Go ahead, take your best shot. It will be your last." Then Cynthia and he decided to call the police and took my picture with her phone. Unbelievable. I went up front and spoke to the manager on duty, Cathy. I told her everything. She was quite embarrassed. She also explained that they are union employees and cant be fired. I support unions but I dont support the incredibly and unacceptable bad customer service. I will post this on GOOGLE as well.

This shopping center in general is poorly maintained. The parking lot is dirty, there is debris everywhere and the lot needs to be resurfaced. Stop and shop should get after the owner of the property and tell them they are not happy. A lot of people use this store, and they deserve better.

I would give it a higher rating but every time I go there at a quieter time so I can get in and out fast there is usually only one or two registers open so I have to wait in line longer than is really necessary. Also, this store takes forever to restock out of stock items.

Been here once, dont go here cause the closest stop and shop is in Grafton but if you want any groceries on the way to Worcester, come here.

Im here constantly and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Lines are usually short and quick.

Nice, clean store. Big isles, friendly staff. I found some good sales and fresh fruits and veggies.

Decent prices good selections. Does need a fish guy and more meat selections but otherwise great.
