Several years ago, I stopped shopping at Shaws due to the poor service at the deli. Yesterday, the service at your deli was so poor that you have lost a customer. The wait was so long - the 2 employees behind the counter were more interested in their conversations than the customers- i used the deli kiosk. When my opder was announced as ready, the order was imcomplete. I could not find ANYONE behind the deli counter to correct the error. I then went to the customer service counter and asked to speak with a manager, and no one appeared. V. Murray

No express 2 registers open..and long line..had to go to self serve..well that one did not scan right..attendent had to do our order..and she helped others while with us..awful..and your ladies room was filthy all stalls..no toilet paper..basket filled over top board of health would not b happy..glad not to b back..ever..and hubby said mens was not clean..your Deli felt area was not clean either..scattered chicken salad in potatoe salad..not good..just sloppy..

the rib eye steak is absolutely delicious. Very very tender. Great flavor. Tenderize and maranade for a half hour and the steak is better than most steak houses. Very good meat department. Everything is always nice and fresh. Shaws meat is not fit to eat!!!

Prices arent too bad, stores pretty clean, staff is very friendly. Mostly shopped there because they had promotion going on.
