Let me begin by stating that this bad review is not because of bad job performance of any employee in the Tire & Lube service Center. It is on how it is being managed. I ordered 4 tires from Walmart online. Had the tires shipped to this store. I followed my shipments progress through FedEx online. Tires were delivered to the store on Monday morning. I waited for Walmart to send me an email and a text to my phone informing me items were ready for pick up. Went to Walmart and I was told only one tire had been delivered. I showed the employee FedExs shipping log showing the four tires as delivered. Employee informed me that probably the other three tires had not been scanned into the system and I should wait. I waited 2 more days and did not get called back. I went back on a Wednesday morning and the same problem, 3 tires were not available. Finally the Service Center manager called the store manager for an override on the hold of my 3 tires. Getting my tires mounted was another problem. There was a minimum of 2 hour wait. There was only one car technician doing all the services. I had read the other reviews about this place taking too long for services but I dismissed it as maybe being customers that demand unreasonable fast service. Well, there was a lady there that had been there since 6:30 AM in order to be first in and be out quick. It was past 8:30 AM and she was still there. Walmart has the resources to have an excellent Service Center but they choose not to provide the manpower to get all their customers in-n-out fast. Walmart thinks that they will loose money if they have more techs to man every automotive bay. I went down the street to a small tire shop and got the tires mounted and oil change in less than 30 minutes. Wake-up Walmart, add more personnel to the Service Center and you will have more customers getting your $40 oil change.

Im an RVer, I live in my RV full time. A few years back this Walmart decided to eliminate overnight parking for RVs (a Walmart trend happening nationally, Sam Walton wouldnt like this!) completely because of something that "happened" in the parking lot, not sure what it was. because of this fact the only thing this Walmart is good for is pooping in the middle of the night for people camping out in the Lowes parking lot adjacent to Walmart in the Walmart restroom, that is of course if some homeless person didnt thrash the restroom "bird bathing" at 2:00 AM !! The lines are very long and the self check out machines are usually out of order probably sabotaged by Walmart employees paranoid theyll lose their jobs or work even fewer hours making things even worse. this Walmart SUCKS! No wonder Walmart employees were protesting here. If you are a a RVer also I recommend the Walmart on Rosedale Highway in Bakersfield, its one of the few remaining Walmarts that STILL welcome RVers! Pico Rivera management take note! To the Walmart management at Pico Rivera, CA: let RVers park overnight once again, WERE NOT JUST PARKING, WERE CUSTOMERS TOO! STOP CALLING THE TOW TRUCKS!

So i normaly dont shop at walmart but i gave it a try 2 days ago, the grocery area is well organized and the kids clothes has lots of options but what it was great was the awesome customer service i got , Jorge at the toys area walked by behind me like he was in a rush but then he stoped , turned around and he walked to me and said " im sorry i did not asked you if you need any help" wow !!! That was great !!! Not every employee does that, they just walk and dont say even good evening, He took the time to help me find some stuff for my grand son , and i was glad he helped out, the store was clean and this walmart has alot of different stuff and is big, omg i got lost in there, but my experience was totally great , plus i got help really quick at front thanks to the young lady named , Mimi , thats a funny name but mimi is a great employee. If you need good help with toys have Jorge helping you out.

Terrible experience at the self check out. I felt harassed by a young man working there. As I was checking my items out he stared at me and stood close to me and he counted and named my items checked if I scanned every single one as if I were stealing from the store I asked him multiple times to help me bag or help me out with the unscaned items because my baby was crying. He was not helpful at all and when I asked him what was here suppose to be doing if hes cant help me but can stare at me non stop he said observing. I believe if hes suppose to be observing he should be walking around or checking the cameras and not be literally behind me checking if Im scanning what Im buying I would please like for someone to talk to him and train him better as a worker he was harassing me while shopping and that isnt right. This occured Thursday August 17 around 10 am.

This walmart is horrid! Trashy, dirty, and messy! Long lines that never end! Few unprofessional cashiers open! Customer service line is super long with not enough staff on duty to help! Restrooms are beyond disgusting and dirty! Clothes with no price tags and no staff around to ask for help! Almost everything is open or used and a lot of food items not in stock! This just has to be the worst walmart I have ever been too! It is always crowded filled with ghetto people who look rough or have just been released from jail. They seriously need to do something about the long lines and not enough cashiers! The parking lot looks like a dump! Trash every where, shopping carts all over the place! The parking lot is dark and not well lit! This walmart seriously needs to be shut down!

The auto center employees are disrespectful and unprofessional. I took in my brand new car in for an oil change and when I got it back there was grease all over the door, on the handle and inside of my door, all over the steering wheel, windshield, emergency brake, shifter and dashboard. then when I got it home I found grease hand marks and smears all over the hood and front of my car. when my boyfriend popped the hood smoke was billowing out because they had spilled oil all over my engine. when he called to complain they told him to come in to get compensated for the oil change and they just gave him a 25 dollar Wal-Mart gift card when the oil change was 55. I WILL NEVER TRUST THEM WITH MY CAR AGAIN.

I live in downtown Los Angeles and frequent this particular Walmart because all the other Walmarts in the vicinity are horrible even though I could travel half the distance to the one on Crenshaw Blvd. The Pico Rivera store is larger, more organized, less messy, the staff is not mean (although theyre not that friendly either), and it is located in a shopping center that has stores that one would be more likely to visit when shopping at Walmart (Ross, Lowes, etc.) More importantly, this store is open 24 hours a day and has been my salvation on many late night errand runs. Whats even nicer about this store is the abundance of carts and parking space.
