This is a great place with a wonderful selection of everything. I like craft beers and I never seem to run out of options. That being said, yesterday I was racially profiled. I asked for a bottle of Dom Perignon (i buy it there every year.) They keep It behind a locked cooler so I waited for a manager to get it for me. As we walked away from the cooler i asked "Youll have this up front for me, yes? He responded yes and off he went with the bottle. When I went to go pay for it, the bottle wasnt there at the register. The manager that retrieved it put it back in the cooler after I walked away. When I asked why it was put back I got the manager finger pointing and the dribble of "oh so sorry, they usually have 3 up front but they ran out (BS.. its always kept in the cooler. You dont just keep $150 bottle of wine laying around). Another manager (the one that originally got the bottle out of the cooler) says "oh, there was one upfront an hr ago but it must have been sold (again, BS... if he thought there was one there then why was it pulled from the cooler to begin with.). Even after all that dribble I ask, "well if I ask for a bottle out of a cooler, what makes you think I want a warm bottle?" Of course, no answer just apologies.

Walked in and fell in love with the selection. Asked a manager where a specific beer was. He disnt have time for me so he passed me off to a black shirt associate with glasses. The guy was totally rude and disrespectful. Treated me like i was bothering him the whole time. While checking out cashier asked how i was doing. I said okay but your guys customer service is slacking. A manager named Emily heard and liatened to my complaint. She expressed how sorry she was, that shed talk to the associate and gave me a 10% discount. Emily saved my experience her, as long as i get nice associates like her i will come back. Total Wine is waaay better than BevMo! But BevMo has nicer workers.

THE REVIEW Customer service is good. Staff is very knowledgeable regarding the products. Also, you cant beat the prices.

Love, love, love! One thing that could be improved is customer service. I own a small lounge/ smoke shop, and my customers are treated like GOLD! If you dont have great customer service you do not have much. The store locations will stick around for awhile because of awesome prices on top of awesome selection, but without GOLDEN SPECIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS CHAIN WILL FAIL. Offer senior discounts, walk people to their vehicles with somewhat heavy product, write Thank you cards to regular customers, get to know them by name. We were just at this total wine location with my cousins from out of town and the supervisor didnt allow us to purchase beer since one of our friends had a vertical identification card. Hello?! The law changed and the ignorant supervisor didnt know better. If you want a job that deals with laws, how about you learn them?! It saddens me that an organization does not educate their employees with state law. To the managers reading this instead of micro managing IDs how about you keep yourself updated on law changes, House Bill 2031.

Favorite place. For the wine and beer selection, obvs, but also for the wine classes. Take one. The class leaders are so knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and kind, you learn a lot, and there are snacks. You cant go wrong when theres snacks! Its 2 hours of pure pleasure. 8 pours and snacks for $20/person. Best date night ever. And you get coupons at the end to buy the wines you just fell in love with at a discount.

THIS PLACE WILL LET YOU DOWN IF YOU COUNT ON THEM FOR A SPECIAL ORDER. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. WE SPECIAL ORDERED A KEG FOR A EVENT AND THEY DIDNT COME THROUGH. IN FACT THEY TOLD US ON SATURDAY, THE DAY OF THE EVENT THAT THEY RETURNED THE KEG INSTEAD OF CALLING US TO SEE IF WE WANTED THE DIFFERENT SIZE. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID.

My wife and I like to refer to it as "Magic Liquor land". I prefer Total Wine to Bevmo because you dont have to be a "club member" to get good prices. They have an amazing selection of liquor, a growler filling station, many different beers to choose from and of course wine. It has been fairly rare that they didnt have what I was looking for.

Honestly, probably come here more than Id like to admit, but their liquor prices are the best Ive found. BevMo doesnt even come close to the great prices at Total Wine on a range of different alcholic beverages. Awesome selection of mini shots which are great to add to adult gifts :)

Great selection of wine and beer. For their beer, wine, spirits classes...the front boards, pamphlets, advertising should mirror the website or actual schedule. If you go, I would just recommend calling in advance. Other than that, positive experiences!

I usually love Total, but there is an employee at this one that has a terrible attitude and because of him, I will not be returning. His name is JOHN and he is a miserable person. Steer clear of him, he has no clue what the term customer service means

I really love the selection of wines. My husband and I could spend all day here. Knowledge of wines is usually hit or miss with the staff but we really love Beverley and feel she is amazingly knowledgeable and recommends wines based on your pallete.

Total Wine & More has a great selection of liquor and beer. (I dont drink much wine, but I imagine the wine selection is just as great.) The customer service team is responsive and helpful. I dont bother shopping for alcohol anywhere else.

Love this place. However, the beer section (I know, its a total WINE) in this one is disorganized. Found cans of something I was looking for nowhere NEAR the glass selection of the same exact beer... Go figure... Needs some work.

This is the first total wine Ive ever been to and i can see why people love it so much. They have such a big selection that youre sure to be overwhelmed. That includes the spirit section as well. Its the ikea of alcohol.

The place to be if youre affluent, white, and have the need to impress other people of the same demographic. Great place to go if you dont fit that profile but want great beer and spirits or want people to help you you.
