Service is either really good or really bad. Older guy there is a huge help in picking out wine and a pleasure. Other employees can be a pain, such as being quite snappy with me (even a cashier right in front of a manager) for not having my bevmo card out immediately. Also, they allow their employees to smoke in front of the store (from a manager, Brenda, "there is an ashtray out there so its not my problem!"). Ill go there if I dont have an alternative.

Went here the other day and tried to price match a case of Corona and was told they couldnt do it because it would have been below their cost. I call shenanigans! We went to target next door and saw it for the same price as advertised by total wine.
