When i asked if they price match they said yes but only certain items from Total Wines. I was puzzled Ive never heard of a store that halfway price matches you either do or dont. I quickly found three items I wanted price matched it was very easy seeing how every bottle in the store was 3 to $8 more expensive than the same bottle at Total Wines. When I got to the counter with my three items they then told me they would only price match 2 and the third had to be a separate transaction I had one of their coupons for $10 off a $50 purchase and I asked them how that would affect it. I was then told I couldnt use the coupon and price match when I explain to them there is no print on the coupon excluding price match they then told me they dont even advertise they price match its just if you ask. So I guess its my fault that theres no print about the price matching on the coupon and that the price matching is only halfway and sort of the secret. Long story short I went straight to Total Wines got the better deal on the items and the accepted the competitor coupon from BevMo. Within 4 to 5 years they wont have to worry about losing money on price matching or coupons there simply wont be a store to lose money at any more good luck BevMo youre dead to me.

0/10. Horrible customer service. Cashier wouldnt sell me wine because my little sister was with me for the day. Even though Im 22 and explained the wine was for Thanksgiving with the family, not underage drinking. Said Id rather bring her with me into places rather than leave her in the car and make something innocent look shady. She completely refused to acknowledge that she was wrong and should be able to sell me the wine. Used to be a big BevMo fan, now never going back to one because of wasting a trip, the cashier making my little sister feel foolish, and just pure rudeness. Would rather go somewhere such as Costco who has just as big a selection at typically cheaper prices too. Later BevMo, way to lose sales.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. Clean place. However, i wasnt impressed with the selection. Pretty disappointed with how they had only one kind of strawberry blonde ale and it was in a can. Store clerk told me it only came in cans. Of course i found out he was wrong, plenty of it in glass bottles but they get theirs from That Brewery which only does cans. Ill drive a little further for Total Wine next time. Good prices tho, i might come back for their sales on Sake and other things i enjoy drinking.

Not that being a hurry is anyone elses problem but my own, but not being greeted, or asked if I needed finding help in this place by three separate employees (who acted like they were too busy to point me in the right direction) was kind of a turn off. Ill probably be back, now that I know where in the store I can find what I was looking for, but its unfortunate that Im not looking forward to it.

"Bevmo where you Pay mo ". I know thats bad but its true. Selection is great but the wines and beer are typically a few bucks more expensive than other places. Their spirits tend to be $5-$10 higher depending on quality. Personally, Id keep driving down Bell to hit up Total Wine.

Whats not to love about BevMo? Phenomenal selection of beers, liquors, and wines, but they also carry hard-to-find sodas from my childhood as well, such as Green River and Moxie. My only complaint is that theyre a little on the pricey side, but their selection cant be beat.

This place has pretty much every beverage you can think of, and if they dont have it I imagine they can get it. Good place to go if youre looking for specialty liquor, and not too expensive.
