I walked in and fell in love with how huge the selection was in here! But the disrespect from an associate almost ruined my night. First a manager didnt have time for me so he passed me off to a black shirt associate with glasses. He treated me like a total bother. Huffed and puffed whenever i asked a question, had complete attitude qhile he checked his computer. I almost left with no intention to return. Cashier asked how i was, said i was okay but their customer service was slacking. A female manager named Emily was right there and asked me what i meant. I explained my experience and she was very upset that i had that experience. She expressed how sorry she was and gave me a discount. She seemed to know who i was talking about and said shed talk to him for sure. Emily saved the day because i love them more than BevMo but that associate wouldve kept me from ever coming back, until Emily stepped in. Will be back as long as i meet more associates like Emily.

This is my go-to location for specialty alcohol and wine. Their selection is really great and the store is organized in such a way that most things are intuitive and easy to find. The prices are great- always at least $2-3 less than BevMo or a grocery store. Plus they have a great mead selection! My only complaint about this location is in the past, cashiers have given us some problems with identification. We always have our IDs ready but they seem to constantly make a big deal about my brother cutting his hair and make it known they can deny us service because he looks different compared to his ID. There has never been another store that done this to him (he looks exactly the same but with shorter hair), but it has happened here multiple times. I find it to be quite rude, thats the reason for only four stars!

Although I dont live in Arizona anymore, when I visit I find myself coming to Total Wine over Bev Mo more and more. And I do so enjoy this location because they have a HUGE selection of wines and liquors (although they only had 2 types of Japanese whiskey which was a slight downside and reason for 4 stars instead of 5). Also their staff seems to be more knowledgeable about their liquors (I think the guys name was Andrew who was explaining what the difference is between scotch and whisky, and was the one who knew what aisle they had Japanese whiskeys in). So better selection, friendlier people, and overall better prices make Total Wine better than the Bev Mo that is nearby.

They discriminate against people with disabilities. I have multiple sclerosis and cannabis is my medicine. Last week I was in a car crash and my only form of id is my medical Marijuana card, which according to az state law is a valid photo ID. They refused me service and talked down to me saying "this is just for your drugs, not spirits" wow

This chain has a very good collection of beers and spirits. I get my fancy German beer from them that I cannot find anywhere else. I have bought spirits from them at very good prices as well. Extensive collection of Whiskies, Tequilas etc. The place is clean and most employees are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME GREAT prices better than Costco plus fantastic selection . I was like a kid in a candy store Also very knowledgeable staff for assistance in making decisions I told them some of my favorite Vodka and the gave me great advice for similar vodkas on a budget

I was in Scottsdale for a quick vacation. I had heard about a specific, limited release vodka and wanted to see if it was available. I checked online & Total Wine had it there. It was much less than how much it wouldve cost at home. The staff was also very polite.

The beer selection is second to none at Total Wine. Sure, they have the basics, but the selection of foreign and craft brews is mind-blowing. I always walk out with more than I came in for because of all the limited release beers they get from my favorite crafts.

The Assistant Manager, John, was super helpful. We just moved to the area and he was able to give us great info on craft beers, brewing supplies, etc. Great selection of wines! I found a rare white wine that Ive been searching for.

On average, the best prices next to Costco and some of the best selection (beer, wine, and spirits) I have seen. Also, knowledgeable, helpful, and non-pushy staff. Very highly recommended.

Big store - lots of choices, but unfortunately most of the wines are not brand names - they are private label made especially for Total Wines. Better choices for real wine elsewhere.
