This dealership is a joke and very unprofessional. We were promised a deal on a ford f150 thru an online sales (Rebecca). She firmly confirmed with me on several phone conversation that the manager agreed to our price and to come on in to finalize the deal. I explained to her that I didnt want to play any games once we came in, it was a cash deal in and out. Once we were there, it was a bait and switch game. They tried to sell us another vehicle, had us sit and wait while the sale mans got lost for 20 minutes at a time. Meanwhile my patience grew thin and I called the dealership from the cubicle to speak with Rebecca (online sales rep)and she told the receptionist to tell me she wasnt there. I could hear their conversation thru the thin walls and followed the voice I could hear and walked right up to her and confronted her.. What a bunch of crap. TWO TEENAGE GIRLS representing a dealership and playing these games..... Obviously she lied to us to get us to come in and didnt want to face us. The manager eventually came over with his sales pitch only to confirmed that he couldnt sell us the truck at that price and showed us a much higher price. I expressed my opinion of his online rep (Rebecca) and their immaturity .I would nvr recommend this dealership to anyone. I have bought 7 new cars in my lifetime and have never experienced such poor and unprofessional business practices in my life. I felt like I was dealing with children at all levels of this dealership including the manager. Save yourself a trip and go else where.

I was very happy that they agreed to drive me home if the repair would take a while as I had no other transportation. The A/C was covered under my warranty so only cost me $100 for that. Of course there were other things not covered. I was at first disappointed that they didnt tell me it was covered under my warranty since I bought it from them (the car and the warranty) and they should have known. Initially they said that it would cost me several hundred dollars. But after I questioned wasnt anything covered under my warranty, they said oh yeah it was. After that the service was good. It took a few days and they gave me a really nice loaner car. I am happy to have nice cool air in this summer heat. So I do recommend them and their work, but just be on top of the price and make sure it is correct, dont just blindly agree. Also some of their work comes with lifetime guarantees so if you have had the work done previously and it needs to be done again, you have to mention it to them (such as pads when you have the breaks done) as this is another thing they dont check before quoting the price. I do think it pays to have the dealer do the repair work though so you know you are getting quality parts.

I went online to make an appt for an oil change. When I arrived a few minutes early for my scheduled appt I was asked if I planned to wait, I said yes. (I believe I indicated that when making the appt) the service attendant told me it would be a bit of a wait because they just sent everyone on break. Why would everyone be sent on break when they knew I was coming??? In the hour and a half I sat waiting in waiting room, I heard them tell one woman they couldnt finish her service and then another woman, after shed waited 2 hrs, they couldnt finish. So, yes, I assume they got the job done and changed my oil and rotated my tires, but there is plenty of room for improvement. If a customer has an appointment, dont greet her with the news that you dont care and sent everyone one break. Oh and I also own Focus. I had to have the entire transmission replaced about a month ago (and had to wait almost a week for a loaner car while they worked on the transmission) Im still waiting on a clutch and recalled seatbelt that are on backorder. Definitely room for improvement. At least they are always friendly.

Service department was rude, ignorant and inconsiderate. They guy who answered the phone was so rude! I had to have my husband call back because I guess be No a female he didnt think I knew what I was talking about! Told me hed call back- 3 days later still no call back. Thats when my husband had to call!!! Had an early Morning appt. for an oil chance and didnt leave till after 1130! Its a shame when you have an appointment and they take walk in-s before appointments! Sat there for over 3 hours! Just a shame! Will not bring my car back there, even if the oil changes are free!!!!

Linda is a wonderful person. Made us feel so comfortable and really listened to what we needed and wanted in a vehicle. Linda was never pushy and treated us more then fairly during the entire buying process. We had been looking for a vehicle for a while and she was by far the best saleswomen/man we encountered the entire time. We had been looking for a used vehicle with low mileage and she put us in a brand new vehicle cheaper then it would have been with a used vehicle of the same kind. Very fair and honest and we will definitely come back to her in the future.

I just leased a 2017 Escape from Freehold Ford. This is my 5th lease from Freehold and my 2nd from Jim Koslowski. I cant say enough about how great a dealership Freehold Ford is. They are friendly, accommodating, and make the leasing or buying process so easy. Jim Koslowski is my favorite salesman of all. No pressure to take any car, he truly wants you to find the perfect car, the one that fits your needs and your pocketbook. I have just purchased my third vehicle from Freehold Ford and once again it was a very pleasurable experience . My sales person Patrick is very tentative and helped get me my best deal . Another reason why go back to Freehold Ford its because of their service department . I had bought a pre-owned ford bronco from another dealership it was still covered under Fords warranty they made the repairs no questions asked at no cost to me . That just reassured me that they stand behind their products .

2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Great Car! Freehold Ford. Great Car Dealership. I drove into the dealership late one day, looking to test drive a Fusion Hybrid. I was planning on buying a Prius. The Fusion handles very well. Mike Z and Paul are very easy-going car salesmen. The only "selling" Mike did was ask "Well, if you like the car, why not buy it?" They offered me the car at a great price, then making a good deal great gave me a great deal on my old Taurus.
