HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I WAS SOLD A 2007 CHRYSLER PACIFICA FOR ALMOST 8,000 BACK IN FEBRUARY, THE CAR WAS SAID TO BE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION NEEDED NO WORK ,NEEDLESS TO SAY 10 MONTHS LATER AND 3000 DOLLARS LESS BECAUSE THE WARRANTY THEY SELL YOU DONT COVER THE THINGS THATS REALLY WRONG WITH THE CAR AND ITS NOT A YEAR WARRANTY IT GOES BY THE MILES YOU PUT ON THE VEHICHLE WHICH EVER COMES FIRST WHICH USUALLY IS THE MILES IF YOU GO TO WORK EVERDAY AND SCHOOL,NOW IAM WITHOUT A VEHICLE BECAUSE NOW THE CAR NEEDED A CAR PIECE FOR 1200 PLUS LABOR, I EVEN TRIED TO TRADE THE CAR IN AT DIFFERENT DEALERS ITS ONLY WOTH ABOUT 1200 WHEN I STILL OWE ABOUT 5800, SMH!!! I CALLED THE BANK AND TOLD THEM I WAS NO LONGER GOING TO PUT MONEY INTO THE CAR NOR PAY FOR GARBAGE SO NOW IAM IN THE HOLE 5800 AND CAR HUNTING AGAIN,PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE PPL THEY PRETEND THEY ARE TRUSTWORTHY AND GENUINE BUT AFTER THEY GET YOU INTO ONE OF THIER JUNK CARS THEY WASH THIER HANDS OF YOU AND THE CAR!! LOOK FOR OTHER PLACES TO BUY A CAR IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF THEY ARE INCONSIDERATE AND GREEDY FOR MONEY THEYLL SELL YOU ANYTHING TO PUT MONEY IN THIER POCKETS.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "DEALER" (& I use that term loosely) I bought a Honda Odyssey. One week after buying it the check engine light came on, I took it back to him. He done something to make it go off for a short period of time. I called him again because the automatic doors stopped working. I called "Frank" again he told me to call my warranty company. I did, it wasnt covered. Three months after buying the van I took it to Honda and they gave me a list of things wrong with the van. (Needs 3 motor mounts (covered by warranty) , coil pack $249, oil valve gaskets, $525 rear shock $308, driver side axel $425, valve cover gaskets $525, side rollers $286.33 each (2), door motors $410 each) which will coast me about $3500 to fix. I called them today and conveniently Frank is not available. So Im paying a car payment to pay out another $3500 to fix a van I only had 3 months. Smh BUYER BEWARE.

Im in the process of purchasing my second vehicle from Premier Auto. These guys are fantastic! They are courteous, honest and trustworthy. When dealing with women, most car dealers try to insult our intelligence. Not Frank and his guys. They listen to what your needs are and direct you to the right vehicles so you can make a quality decision. They also dont try to oversell you a vehicle that is out of the price range you specify. And Frank goes out of his way to ensure you are satisfied with the vehicle you choose. Id recommend them to anyone. As I said, Im purchasing a second vehicle from them and am constantly directing people to them. The term "buyers beware" does not apply to them.

I`m not proud to admit it, but I bought a total lemon from Premier. On top of that, the warranty I purchased has been all but useless. When I have called in, I have been told to call back later and not been given help. The gentleman who sold me my vehicle seemed like a nice guy, but the experience has been a nightmare since we pulled off the lot, having to take the car to be repaired no less than 5 times 1.5 years ago.

I needed a car and fast for my daughter who had gotten into a car accident and totaled her car. Frank was able to stay within my budget and get me exactly what I needed to replace the car. He was very understanding given the circumstances. I purchased a 2016 Chrysler 200 and my daughter and I couldnt be happier. The team is super friendly! This was an awesome car buying experience.

when am I getting a real answer of what is wrong with my 2008 jeep that i was only able to drive for 1 week before it broke down???? car payment is coming and im supposed to pay this when I am not in possession of my jeep??? not to mention the gas i used coming down what 5 times??? would really like to get answers maybe this is how i will get them NOTHING ELSE IS WORKING!!!!!!

It was the first time that I financed a car on my own. They have a system that approved me in 15 min. My credit was a little lower that average but they still approved me on the Honda Accord I specifically came to buy. Gotta tell you the team at Premier were all helpful. I actually drive off the lot that day.!

Bought a 2003 Volkswagen Jetta from Premier Auto Sales. The service was fantastic and fast. Not to mention I was able to finance even though I dont have fantastic credit. The car runs perfectly and it comes with a warrenty. I recommend! Will be back!

Horrible Experience really got over on me sold me a 2004 Nissan Altima i took it to my dealer needed $2,500 in work. i went back to the dealer and he said he couldnt do anything . He said "i should of bought a warranty"
