The deli counter, oh the deli counter. It was at number 44, I pick a number, 88, guess this is just for looks. There are 4 people working behind the counter. Working isnt really what i would call it, my best guess was they were a heated competitive sloth moving competition? Who knows? With only two people were ahead of me. I have never seen some many people move so slow in my life. After 15 min of waiting for the lady in front of me to get 1lb of ham 1 lb of cheese, i just gave up. No one needs cheese that badly. Now, if i was to guess that poor lady is still there to today. So summation - avoid the deli counter at costs!

Its new and clean. The workers seem helpful. The isles are bright and well organized and that makes it easy to navigate throughout the store. The hot food section always looks appetizing when i go there. There is also a nice size wine and beer section with a quick check out cashier for those who want to get in and out. My favorite section is the hot soup bar there can be up to 8 different selections of soup. If youre in the neighborhood stop by this market im sure you will enjoy your visit.

The lady at the catering counter was extremely rude. I asked why there was an additional $2.00 charge for pickles, onions and peppers and she spoke rudely to me. The other employee was attempting to explain and she interrupted trying to over talk her. All of that kind of behaviour for a question about a $2.00 extra charge. This was poor customer service at its best. The sandwiches were good but not that good.

Great selection. Incredible hoagies, awesome jerk chicken and sides. Some of the staff leaves a bit to be desired, but most are polite. The most annoying thing is although they close at 12, they start closing up after 11. They shut down lanes, refuse to assist and encourage shoppers to return the following day. I HATE poor work ethic and the manager displayed it, so they lost a star for it!

Has all the usual things you look for in a grocery store as well as many other things. Sells hot food and salad bar sold by the pound. A deli counter for cold cuts and sandwiches as well as a great selection of artisan cheeses including the Di Bruno Bros. Also sells wine and beer. Perfect one stop shop for everything you need. Great addition to the community.

Some of the items are not in intuitive locations, or are simply not stocked. I could not find plain cranberry juice, for example, and honey was not in the sugar/spices/baking aisle like it is in most stores, or by the oils, where it is in the University City Fresh Grocer. That said, the store was clean and large with plenty of cashiers and a clean restroom.

Good selection, clean and bright, reasonable prices. Was having trouble finding a grocer I like in Philly that doesnt cost an arm and a leg... Ive finally found it! One unusual thing: they refrigerate almost all fruit, including citrus, apples, and peaches. Not super energy efficient, and refrigeration affects flavor on soft fruits like peaches.

Not a good visit at the least Ordered a sandwich had to wait over 10 minutes person walked up used tablet to order and got Service before me!? Cancelled the order went to check out and used my freedom debit/ Credit card and could not use Credit Again was told can only use debit go to some place else for now on. The worse

I love Fresh Grocer for reasons that the food is fresh, the store is very clean, they have a wine and beer section, great soup and salad bar, a variety of hot or cold take out or eat in food, to sum it all up you can go there and get almost anything you want. I simply love it. Only one word describe s this store. Grrrrrrreat!!

HORRIBLE LOCATION - Worst part is the deli. Management needs to reevaluate the ENTIRE team!!!! Employees shout and rant like animals. Cursing. Ignoring customers. TWICE THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG F*** DELI MEAT. Are you all really that incompetent that you cant read TURKEY from HAM? Fire them all!!! Horrible grand opening.

I LIVE for this Fresh Grocer because it is so superior to its counterparts throughout the city. Its clean and has great prices. Also, their fast casual food selection is epic. I dont particularly enjoy the idea of going to a grocery store for dinner, but Ive done it several times here because it is simply that good.

The management is superb. They didnt have the milk in stock for my baby. The manager insisted I leave my name and number to call when the supplies was re stocked. Everyone has been excellent with customer service initiative from the cashiers, stock servicers. This is definitely main stream market.

Theyre not cash-only. Also, their hoagies are great and HUGE for the price. We always stop for one before a picnic or trip to the beach. Also, great deals on a lot of stuff. And they sell wine and beer!!! Lastly, they carry Peppermint Mocha non-dairy creamer... so good!!!

Its so getto there the prices went up because the updated the store.Lazy works just talk the whole time move to slow..no supervision takes me 20-30 min.jus to get lunch meat.The cooked food servers are not nice mostly the man thats there..hate it there.

It new, so it is really clean. The store is bright with lots of stock. They have wine and beer so you can make it a one stop kind of night. Most of the registrars are open;that makes for a quick check out and they also have food stations.

I got there at 11:45pm and the doors are already locked and that is not fair to have people come out before the store is scheduled to closed and they are already closed! Its false advertisement to say you close at one time and its a lie!

Seriously, if you order Anything *specific cut fresh from the deli Definitely watch to make sure they are giving you the brand you asked for! I Constantly get home and realize i didnt get what i paid for.

We were in need of a grocery store in the graduate hospital area. This place has been renovated entirely!!! They have a good selection of organic and fresh produce - and yes...beer and wine!!!

The best Fresh Grocer Ive been to by far, great customer service. I ordered a birthday cake and they got my order wrong, everyone and the kitchen bent over backwards to fix it.

So nice! Clean and not claustrophobic like the 40th Street location. Prices are the same as any fresh grocer you encounter. I recommend this store if you live in the area.
