I shop Wegmans quite often, due to their selection and prices. On 6/2/17 we went to grab a pizza from this location. When we were asked for our order, we told them we would like a large 20" pizza, which is normally $9.99. The exact wording to ANTHONY was "we would like the 20" $9.99 pie, but can you add BBQ chicken?" He made no mention of the extra price, even though I was aware each topic costs $2 extra. I was ready to pay around $12-13. We went to go pick up some beer came back, and our pizza was ready. The gentleman behind the counter told us the pizza was $20.13. Confused, we asked why so much. He stated it was a premium pie and was extra. What annoys me is the person who took our order in the first place (he was clearly new to the department and it showed) did not state this. We assumed it was $2 extra per topping. He went on to tell us that once we added BBQ sauce it became a "premium pizza". So basically what you are saying is we were charged $8 FOR BBQ SAUCE? Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. The gentleman behind the counter clearly saw we were not happy with the situation and still quotes us the $20!! A true customer service representative would have rectified the situation but you can clearly tell he did not want to be bothered by us due to it being a busy night at wegmans, nor did he show the intelligence to provide the customer service to us. Very disappointed in how this was handled. It is not the normal location we go to, and it will be our last time coming here. Does wegmans read these reviews? Because today they earned this one star.

The Market Cafe and the Coffee Shop at this location has seriously gone downhill since they 1st opened. The hot food bars used to be good. The food was fresh, hot & tasty but lately the quality has been questionable and the food has gone from excellent to mediocre. Today and the last few times I went, the food is very bland, even the spicy dishes do not have much flavor. A lot of the dishes are very greasy and lukewarm. The hot food stations are very sloppy with some of the food trays being empty for well over 15 -20 minutes during a busy lunch time (no one is keeping up with refilling the stations). Several of the signature & extremely popular Asian Dishes are no longer available or have been reduced to something that resembles a badly put together frozen dinner. At $8.99 a pound, its too expensive to eat this slop! I dont not mind paying the price when it was good but not when it is so bad! And getting a coffee & breakfast sandwich at the Coffee Counter is a joke! Half the time the several of the brewers are empty or there will be no sandwiches available at breakfast time and when you ask a staff member to make some more they get all in your face about it. So disappointed, Ill go to the other local Wegmans locations from now on even though I have to drive further away to get there!

Just saw this on Facebook. Sounds to me like the management at web mans is not about customer service. Just like the pizza counter comment. Management supports bad attitudes and reprimands employees who are customer service oriented. Guess I wont be going back there and neither should anybody else just sayin "I really feel very sad this morning. Every day M-F I stop at Wegmans KoP for coffee. The lovely lady who works behind the coffee bar writes cute little notes on the milk containers for your coffee. Things like " happy Friday".... " happy Veterans Day"..... Always made me feel happy when preparing my coffee each day.... Was in this morning. No notes on milk containers??? Why?? Cuz some mean person complained and she was told she was NOT allowed to do it anymore???? WHAT??? WHY?? Please pass this post on.... I want this to go viral....this is a nice lady trying to make people smile while preparing their to go coffee!!" Had to give it one star cause I cant give it none

I lived in this area earlier for more than a year and used to come here for most of my groceries. I really liked this one that with that impression, when I moved to other area where Wegmans stores are very far from my home, I still used to go to Wegmans only. It was much better there and I really liked the customer service there But now I came back to KoP and am visiting this store again, but dont think that quality is still there in the Customer service. The response from the associates is not much pleasing. There are many differences being followed between this store and those in other states ( I was in Boston before this ). The SC savings are not applied on most of the things, the waste on meat chopping is not excluded from charges. Most of all, the response from the associates is not pleasant. Im starting to dislike this store.

Two days ago, I would have given this five stars. I eat lunch at Wegmans two to three days a week and have been doing so for the past two years. Its not cheap but the location is very convenient and the food is consistently good. However, the people currently manning the pizza counter need a new attitude. Several months ago, the people that worked there were friendly and pleasant, and there were plenty employees there. Recently, the numbers of employees at the pizza counter have been fewer and they act as if they are doing you a favor by letting you purchase some slices for lunch. Not sure if this is management cutting cost or what, but this store needs more people at the pizza counter and they all need to have a better attitude.

Does Wegmans has no corporate offices!? Both Wegmans, the one at King of Prussia and the one at Malvern, there were great places to go relax have a cup of coffee, work on your laptop, have a snack/lunch etc, BUT in the past few months when you go there, hardly finding a quiet place to sit. It has become Wegmans corporate office!!!! yes no matter what time you go there, 8am, 10 am...certain people taking all corner tables as well as many other tables all sitting doing interview, or having meeting, or working on their laptops but they most if not all Wegmans executives. Does Wagman not having a corporate office? is it right to change the cafe/sitting areas dedicated to customers to meeting rooms/offices and be so laud!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally, a supermarket that sells real food! What I love most about Wegmans is that is offers options to buy many organic products that are not available at other stores at all, but at the same time, if you dont care about organic - you have lots of regular options too. What is great is that the organic options are not much more expensive than the non-organic ones. It is like combining a regular supermarket with something better than Wholefoods. Lots of choices for all kinds of buyers. They also have many beers (must pay separately which is very annoying, even for non-alcoholic beer). Their buffet though delicious gave me the runs the last time, so I would avoid it, but the sushi i the best supermarket sushi there is.
