Went there to do food shopping for my family and i (we r homeless btw) to get all the way up to the register for this stupid cashier to say (no joke), " Lol, Are you paying with access today?" I replied yes I am. " Well our machine is down so you cant use access only cash. ( AS SHE IS LAUGHING IN MY HISBAND N IS FACES ) I could have hurt this girl I really could have after what me and my family have been through the past week. Be more courteous to those who are giving you business and place signs on tour doors allowing you customers to know that your access machine is down dont wait till they have a cart full of food n ready to check out, thats just not right at all.....

Great place to go if you are craving rotten vegetables and nearly-spoiled Cod. I would not normally write a negative review and I ALWAYS give second chance, but my last three trips have resulted in: Cod that reeked of ammonia (I was in a hurry and didnt smell it at the store). Pre-packaged brussel sprouts that reeked when I opened them, and I had to sift through the salad mix to find one that wasnt black with rot at the bottom. I will now be going elsewhere...absolutely repulsive.

One of the best grocery stores around. Food quality is good compared to local competitors. The fruits and dairy products in particular are high quality. There are a nice variety of healthier organic products. I love the Giants own "Natures Promise" brand that really seems to produce higher quality and healthier products for our bodies and environment.

This Giant has been my go to market for the last few years. Their gluten free and vegetarian selection is great. The lighting is a bit easier on the eyes than you normally market. Also, you can use your rewards points at the gas station across the strand save a decent amount of money.

Staff needs customer service training. With that Giant would be so nice, but so many cashiers and baggers arent either interested in their jobs or servicing the customers properly. Very rarely am I satisfied when I leave there. They could all do better.

Im not to happy I had to wait for a cashier o. Sunday night. Only 1 between self check out and the regular lanes. Store was under renovation so Im hoping it gets sorted out. Usually very clean.

This store is under renovation and not user friendly at this time.Hopefully the improvement will make it a better shopping experience.we are more comfortable with brook haven giant.
