First off, I am not a deal shopper, I am strictly focused on 2 things... are my favorite products available at this store and next, is the shopping atmosphere a low stress experience. So my likes are that everythings WELL stocked and the produce areas great. My dis-likes are.... For one I personally Like the Mini 1/2 sized grocery cart and this locations has leas then 10 on site. Super super frustrating to try and push a full sized buggy through aisles clogged with floor displayed product. Next my biggest complaint of any store is the overhead microphone chatter. This store must have the volume on high. Constantly yelling for people to come to the conference room or other tasks. Look, I understand its a store/ business but that stuff needs to be done behind the scenes. Get phones, radios/ walkie talkies etc. Super super annoying!!!!

I am no longer doing my main shopping at this store. They stop carrying items that they carried for a long time and when you ask about it, you are not able to get a straight answer. Went for eggs today and eggs were basically empty. I asked an associated and he just stared at stated he did not know. Went to customer service, they stated that several people have inquired about eggs. They called for dairy associated 3xs and no answer. So now, I will shop mostly as Redners and go across town to Valley Farms or the Giant on Easton Ave. Sales associates are the worst at this particular store. Giant on Easton Ave and in Whitehall is so much better.

This store wreaks of fried food and burnt grease to the point of nausea! It hits you like a wall when you walk in and sticks to your clothes after you leave. Ive been to many Giant food stores around the area and none of them smell like this place. It is very close and convenient but I have minimized my shopping there to emergency ingredients that I may have forgotten from another local grocer until they fix that smell.

Every time i go to this place reminds me why i dont go to chineses take out, wich make me wish i was never there . I mean i go in fresh and shower and come out smellin like burnt old frying oil please Giant get a good exhaust . Or better yet use fresh oil . I feel bad for whoever its buying your cooked stuff . Yes its this bad and smell is all over the store

The Giant in Bethlehem is a nice store. Sometimes there are not enough registers open for the crowd but overall it is a good shopping experience. They have a cafe and give you free wifi while in the store. Thats a plus for someone who spends alot of time maping out their shopping plan.

I second that closing so early now was a stupid idea especially on this area. At least have soda in one of your machines and plug the other one in. Management needs to get their life together especially if you cut out 24 hour service...a neccesity to some people

Well organized, and has fresh vibe. I am not sure if I would choose this Giants over Wegmans in Allentown or Bethlehem as essentials that I by seem to be better and cheaper (even though the difference is by a few dimes) at Wegmans.

This giant is very friendly, organized which I like. 9 times out of 10 they have the sale items. Never really had any problems with this location. The only thing I dislike is when they rearrange the store. Lol

Bogo sales are good deals the rest of the products are a little cheaper at redners. Clean and well lit. Could use a few less floor displays to make moving around the isles a bit easier.

Clean and bright. The workers are helpful and respectful. I wish however, that this location would have the kid carts. Besides that this Giant is a great shopping location

The only Giant that I know of that closes at Midnight. Not sure if its a problem with the stores lack of management, but all Giants need to be open 24 hours. Period.
