After reading the reviews im going to make it clear to everyone about how the GAP CLEARENCE CETNER is. This location is the only location in the world. The one and old gap clearance center. It get clothes from all its brands stores that are damaged , defective , or returned. It also gets clothes that was bulk, or never worn or sold. IT does also get some high end brands from the piperlime collection. I dont know why people are complaining about high prices or broken zippers, you are going to a clearance center people. so you obviously have to be ready to see a defect here and there. If you dont like that then dont go. The reason why clothes may be on a rack that is priced but when you go to the register and they tell you different is either the item didnt belong on that rack in the first place and some other customer just threw it there, or it has a sensor on it for a high price cause its either a high end item or " first quality " which means its never been worn , perfect condition & probably only one season old. you can get some good steals here. brand new banana republic shirts with price tags still on for 80$ but get it for 4.99. remember its called a clearance center, you win some you loose some. not everything there is perfect nor bad. your still saving $$$$$ compared to shopping from the regular stores.

Drove for 70 mins from my house to have the most shocking shopping experience of my life. We went to the store on the 11th of Feb 2015. The entire Rack of Jackets had a sign board for $24.99 and when we started picking out the Jackets they read the price as $49.99/ $89.99/ $39.99/124.99 To resolve the confusion we asked the Manager about this discrepancy and the only thing she had to say was " if you dont buy someone else will ". I am not sure why would a reputed brand like GAP would mislead the customers only to make them go to the rack to get the jackets for 24.99 and when the items were in the cart the cashier wanted to charge the price thats on the TAG( Much higher than 24.99 as put on the signboard) in the other section, the dresses had the signboard marked at $9.99 and all the dresses which were for $9.99 were used and had some kind of damage that cant be really fixed and were from old collection. Some of dresses those were new/unused were was marked up to $29.99/$24.99/$49.99 (much higher than 9.99 as marked on the signboard) I feel the items are very expensively marked and I feel its not a clearance store because the pricing is almost same as the pricing on the Athleta/Gap/Old Navy Website. We are extremely disappointed about our experience shopping at the store.

If you dont like to spend a lot of time looking through clothes and trying them on, dont go there. However, if you love a good bargain, enjoy shopping, and dont mind putting things back on the rack due to stains, broken zippers, tears, etc., this is your place. I try to go once every few months because I love to look through what they have. The inventory is always varied and its like a shopping adventure - you never know what youll find. I have bought Gap coats for my kids for less than $30, leather boots for less than $50, purses, dress pants, jeans, you name it. I especially love finding Banana Republic items in good condition because they cost so much in the regular stores. Dont expect a high-end-looking store either. This is a hardcore shoppers kind of place and its more of a warehouse than a store. I love it.

As a male, I was not impressed. The amount of mens clothes I found here was very underwhelming. Id say the break down of the store is 75% womens clothing, 15% kids, and 10% mens. Lots of the clothes were dirty, had holes, or other various stains and were obviously unsellable. They had certain items for $1.99 but those were at the extreme ends of the spectrum. Had men size pants for $1.99 but only sizes 27-30 which most men do not wear. Had an abundance of small and extra small men shirts, obviously another size most men do not wear. You can find better. Dillards outlet in Western Hills is better

The setup is almost like a thrift store. They are getting rid of older items or mistake items. The mens section is lacking a bit. They may have had shirts for a couple bucks, but only one style per size, or so it seemed. My wife seemed to have more luck in the womens section. The prices are very low which is nice, and there are plenty of employees to answer questions or help you if need be. If you have time to scour the racks, I am sure you can find something. But if you are looking for anything specific, I would avoid trying to find it here.

Overall I would rate this place average. I can find better deals @ gap factory stores. I was in the general area on vacation and decided to stop by. I would not make a special trip/ highly unlikely that I would visit again. Overall selection of clothing for women was limited. Also if there was an exceptional deal the sizing was either xs or xxl. Unable to use gap factory coupon only gap rewards. Good place to shop for baby/toddler clothing. Got some toddler short sleeve shirts, shorts, and a white knit dress for $1.99 each.

This is the only Gap clearance store nationally. They sell Gap, Banana Republic, and Old Navy brands at severely reduced prices to decrease inventory from other stores (items whic didnt sell) or inventory that has some small unexpected defect according to original design. Ive purchased Gap jeans from this store for $5 which were originally priced at $70. They also have shoes, swimwear, jackets, and active wear. Great place to shop if you have time (it is a large store).

From what I have been told that everything at this store was either overstock or returns. While much of it is items that I personally wouldnt purchase, I continue to shop there once a month. Often I find great items such as necklaces flipflops and weekly specials. You really have to check this stuff. there are tears broken zippers and stains. While I find some times to be way over priced, I get lucky sometimes.

Good selection of womens clothing, and good prices, thats for sure. I only have one request: can you make some sort of bigger waiting area, maybe outside of the changing room somewhere? Most of the men I see, including myself, are waiting on their significant other 99% of the time and theres practically no where for us to wait that isnt right in the way of other shoppers.

Clothing prices are awesome! Its the only one of its kind in the country; prices for Old Navy and Gap clothes are usually really good--but Banana Republic usually is higher. The music is too loud at this place, but otherwise it is a great place to shop. Everything is organized really well, and even color coded! Loved it!

This is a great store, I just wish the prices were more clearly labeled. I understand not being able to label each individual item, but even on the displays, sometimes the signage isnt clear. I have resorted recently to just walking to the front with items and waiting until the clerk tells me how much they are.
