I have always enjoyed Old Navy and their appeal to the everyday lifestyle and fashion but this establishment in Florence has gone downhill. I tried to use a coupon that was emailed to me and when it would not go through on my $75+ order the sales associate called the manager to the front. The manager took one look and said in a rude manner "Its no good." I asked what she meant and she responded, "Its just no good." No explanation, nothing! The sales assocaite and I looked at the small print on the coupon and there was NO reason why the coupon should not have worked! She was absolutely the rudest person I have ever met and I promptly told her that I do not understand why I would receive a coupon in an email if it was “no good”. I do not appreciate being treated like this ESPECIALLY when I have spent so much money and consider myself a continued customer!

Smaller than some Old Navys Ive been to, no one seemed particularly excited to be there. But I got in and out at a good pace, so the job was still done well.

Big Old Navy, with lots of clothing for growing teens, or for very trendy one-season clothes. Typically, not very sturdy clothes.
