ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! If you are looking for a solid business you can rely on 10 times out of 10THIS IS THE BUSINESS!!! Back story... I was deployed from Feb2016-Sept2016, during this time I wanted to create a customs wedding band and engagement ring for my girlfriend at the time (Now wife so you know they did an amazing job on the rings). Through email and ONLY EMAIL!! I sent Joseph Hoyt a verbal depiction of my vision that I had for these rings. Joseph was able to create multiple diagrams and do tweaks to the design as I requested. He even took it up a notch and sent my very quick 3-5 second videos of different diamonds to see what they looked like because internet was very bad on deployment but the short videos were able to download after 15 minutes. Once everything was chosen and picked out he sent me a CAD design of both rings showing all angles of the rings. He requested any final tweaks which I had none to offer so we confirmed the design and I paid him. The rings were made and sent to me in San Diego, CA when I got back home. The communication was absolutely amazing, I always received email responses in very timely manner even when dealing with different time zones and such. Craftsmanship, the rings are solid absolutely beautiful!! No imperfections, no flaws in the design. Brilliant, beautiful, amazing, you name it!! Lets be real the rings were beautiful enough to take her breath away and say nothing more than yes and I do!! What more are you looking for from an engagement ring and a wedding band!?!?! So wrapping this all up, if you are researching for a good jeweler and you dont pick these guys well good luck because these are the top notch guys!! If you live far away these are still the guys for you!!! You absolutely wont be disappointed!!!

Maybe good for jewelry, but absolutely horrible for watches. My watch needed a cleaning, a minor repair and a battery change. I brought it here and was assured theyd make it look like new. Well, 10 days and $109 later I get my watch back and everything appears to be good. However, after I left the store I notice the date wasnt right. No big deal, Ill set it. Well...now the date doesnt work. I take it back soon after and ask about it. The lady takes it back to the jeweler and returns to tell me the battery is fine. Right...I know the battery is fine, why isnt the date working? Oh, I dont know, perhaps its broken. Well, I brought it in to be totally fixed and "like new" which is what I was promised. She shrugged again and said, "We cant help the date being broken." I said I wish Id been told before you did a $100 cleaning on it. She said, AND I QUOTE, "Well, I wish we knew more about watches." Seriously? So, basically, one of two things happened. 1) They realized the date was broken, but wanted the cleaning fee, so they didnt mention it. or 2) They DID NOT realize the date was broken either by not accurately checking my watch or just complete ignorance. What kind of jewelry store give a person back a watch with the date set wrong?? Wheres the quality control? I cant speak for the jewelry, but if theyre this careless with watches I can only assume the jewelry is also poor. I wont be back.

On my first time making a purchase at Seibke Hoyt, I must say it was pleasant and impressive. As someone who has an interest in jewelry, going to Seibke Hoyt feels totally like an "experience", vs. transactional. They have their own way of working with the customer that is really unique and engaging. I lost my wedding band, and it had been lost for 4-5 months. I had finally given up searching for it, and was at the point of being ready to purchase another ring. I felt really bad about losing it, and Kate worked with me until we found the ring that I was able to settle on as a custom replica of the ring I lost. About a week after placing the order to start manufacture on the new ring, my wife finds my original wedding band while doing some spring tidying in our 6 year olds clothing drawer. When I went into Seibke Hoyt with my ring, there was no issue or lament in cancelling the custom order. They even sized my original ring to a more exact fit, and polished it to the closest resemblance to brand new one could ask for. As a result of how I was treated as a valued customer, Seibke Hoyt will have my preference when considering other jewelry purchases in the future. To add, I certainly use reviews when making purchases, but this is the first one I recall writing ever. So to me, that says a lot in itself.

I was on a mission looking for a ring to cover my finger for on occasions when I need to cover it. Dont get me wrong I love my dad but in the professional world sometimes it needs to be covered. Jake helped me find that ring! I was undecided and came back on Valentines Day to purchase the ring. Jake was busy and Joe stepped in because Im not a very patient person and started to work towards that purchase with me. Both times I was there I was immediately greeted and offered something to drink. Very personable place to shop for jewelry. Mean it was Valentines Day when I made my purchase I came home with a dozen red roses and a box of chocolate-covered strawberries along with the good deal I was given ⚘ I am anxiously awaiting the sizing so I can wear my new purchase! It was a great experience and I highly advise them

I buy ALL of my jewelry here and get so many compliments on all of my pieces. Its a family-owned store and everyone who works there is so friendly and nice. I also really like the variety of collections they carry, such as Gabriel from NYC. You know youre also buying quality and high-end jewelry and it wont break the bank. Make sure to watch for any sales they run, although I think the regular prices are also very reasonable for the quality and craftsmanship of the pieces. What I also REALLY like is how theres a wide variety of tastes represented - for my job as a lawyer, I go for a more classic/timeless style, but they also always have very trendy pieces. If its in Vogue, etc. theyll have it! Hands down the ONLY place to buy jewelry in Iowa.

Their service, staff, and jewelry are all excellent. They are always helpful and answer any questions. I have never had an issue with any jewelry I have from this store (so far I have purchased or received diamond stud earrings and 3 different diamond and gemstone rings in white gold). They were very attentive to my nickel allergies, and I have yet to have a reaction to the white gold rings, but did have to get the earrings reset in yellow gold. The resizing and resetting of my jewelry has always been done in under a week with no issues. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality fine jewelry. Their prices may be a bit higher than you find in the area, but the quality of the items and customer service are better, too.
