Melinda at Karen Marie is a gem! We used Karen Marie to resize my engagement ring, and to purchase wedding bands. We came into the store many times, and Melinda always remembered our names, what we were looking for, and what work had been done on the rings. She helped us find wedding bands that fit our tastes and budget, and never pushed us to look at more expensive options than we were able to afford. Very excellent and professional customer service!

Ive had several repairs done at Karen Marie. The workmanship has been excellent, and Ive had NO problems whatsoever. Recently I went to four local jewelers for an estimate for a repair. I was shocked that Karen Marie Jewelry offered the most reasonable cost. Check around... you, too, may be surprised! VERY HAPPY with the quality - and the estimate!
