I had a relatively good experience compared to the rest of the reviews. The customer service was okay and could use a lot of improvement. I think the employees could have been a bit more engaged and helpful. I sent my ring in to get resized to a smaller size and although it was back to me in just under two weeks, it was still too big and a quarter size bigger than what was discussed. Frustrated and not wanting to send it back in for another two weeks I asked if I could just go straight to a Jareds (where they send it to be repaired and can be repaired same day). After some back and forth it was determined that it was not "recommended" but would not void my warranty if I went this route. They did say Jareds would probably not take care of it if I did it this route. I ended up driving to the nearest Jareds and they had no issues and had the ring back in my hands in under 3 hours. I did have to pay $45 to have the ring resized but totally worth it to not have to go without it for 2 weeks. Jareds also noticed multiple stones that were loose, which frustrated me because I had JUST gotten it back from Kays the day before. They fixed this issue without charging me, I think because they could see how frustrated I was. All in all, I had a much better experience going directly through Jareds than dealing with Kays. I would highly recommend Jareds.

Awesome experience! I went in hoping to have two rings resized in a short time frame. Lisa immediately got on the phone and asked if they could rush the job and give a guarantee, which I got! Lisa was so nice and professional and helped me shop for a couple additional trinkets. I like that she showed me the price chart for ring resizing, all in all, great customer service. I will go back.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. As a Manager of a hotel I know what customer service is all about and I would fire all of my employees if they ever treated a guest like they treat customers here. Literally the lady made it seem like I was the biggest inconvenience of her life.

This place is a joke. The customer service is a joke. Ive had to send my ring in 3 times in less than a year and each time I was treated rudely and cold.
