We purchased our engagement ring from Howes and we had the best shopping experience possible. I am not an easy person to work with, as I know exactly what I want but I am very poor at explaining it to others. Casey continually worked with us to ensure we were getting the PERFECT ring. She never got frustrated or upset with us and worked through every problem or issue we had with different styles. Casey even went out of her way to bring in different rings for me to look at. It took us over a year to find "the one" and Casey was there with us the whole way! If you want exceptional service-Howes is the place to go!

My partner and I have had excellent services at Howes Diamon Jewelers. The experienced staff (Casey in particular) was extremely helpful in advising my partner in selecting our engagement ring. Not only did she offer great advice but was supportive of his selection. I absolutely adore the ring- it is exactly what I wanted. The ring did need to be sized down quite a bit and they (she) made me feel like I was a priority and made the process quick and efficient. Thank you Howes!!
