OK i am the owner of Hollywood Jewelers and i am sorry for the lady that has a bad review but could it had been a silver bracelet or the one u picked out was lighter in GOLD weight because that is how wei sell gold and all JEWELRY is based on the weight and labor on custom made monogram pieces. I am sorry that u were not satisfied and As far as saying u get this one we do that all the time .We consider our CUST base as our family and KID around a lot and i will not change that happy aura, not even for this negative review. We have been here, in business for over thirty years now, and apparently, are able to please some people. As far as the security goes, I was SHOT and almost killed as they tried to kill my wife and my middle son who my wife was pregnant for. I think its better to be safe than sorry. Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS!!! Wolves in sheep clothing!! Went in approximately a year ago to purchase a bracelet for my child. Got quoted good prices at first then I told him what I wanted to spend thinking he would work out a nice price then he raised the price on the ones he said were cheaper. Like I wasnt paying attention. Wow. Secondly they have to buzz you in. So while Im standing there I hear the older lady tell the younger guy this ones yours as shes buzzing the customer in.. They are betting to make money off of you as soon as you enter! THIS Is sad. And has to be stopped. Baton Rouge they are robbing you all and the only reason they are doing this because no one is writing reviews!!! They pretend to be nice and down to earth but are nothing but CROOKS...!!! Definitely calling the BBB first thing in the morning.

Ive used Hollywood Jewelers in the past and I had no problems and the staff was very friendly. I am considering using them again for a Christmas present for my granddaughter. They do buzz you in and and there are bars over the counters but I believe it would be for their safety. I will be back if the price range is what I am looking for. Thanks.

Great staff unbelievable prices!!! I bought my wifes ring from them for 2,000 . When I went and got it appraised somewhere else it appraised for 5,000 the also sized it for free and warranty their jewelry. 5 stars in my book
