I love Hannon’s, absolutely love them. I have had several repairs done, our wedding rings inscribed with personal messages, my pearls restrung, my 26-year-old engagement ring reset, and a custom ring designed and created. I cannot say enough about everyone – from the moment you walk in you are welcomed and thoughtfully catered to. I will never be a big spender by jewelry standards. Not once have I ever been treated with anything less than gracious hospitality, respect, and extreme care for all my pieces. They are professional in explaining what needs to be done and approximately how much it will cost. Their estimates are very fair and the workmanship is near flawless. A few years ago, I brought in several different pictures of rings from which I wanted to take different elements to create a new piece. They listened to the vision I had in mind and worked with me to design a ring that matched that vision. It is perfect. I have been using Hannon’s since 2010 and in those years, have had one slight hiccup when my engagement ring was reset. I call it a hiccup, but it was human error and likely unavoidable. It was corrected carefully, considerately, and ultimately beyond what I expected. Knowledgeable, skilled at their craft, patient, and attentive…it is obvious that they take great pride in their work, as they should. I will continue to use Hannon’s and highly recommend them.

Words cant express how over the moon I am with my engagement ring and experience at Hannon Jewelers. My fiancé, then boyfriend and I were in Baton Rouge for the holidays when we stopped into the store to look for rings. It was our first stop and we quickly saw that we didnt need to go anywhere else. I wanted a custom ring and they were helpful every step of the way in making sure not only did I get the exact design I dreamed up but also the perfect high quality Forever Mark diamond to match. Bayardo and Anabel spent hours with me finding the perfect cut and size diamond placing each on my finger as well as looking at different rings in the store to find the perfect setting and band. After the visit my fiancé worked with them looking at mock ups before making it. They were extremely persistent in making sure it was perfect. Even when I decided I wanted a more intricate band they didnt blink and they executed the design perfectly! Everyday people compliment the ring especially the beauty and brilliance of the Forever Mark diamond and its all thanks to Hannons! It was such a great experience that I will no doubt be going back to them for my wedding band and any other big purchases.

Bayardo made a custom engagement ring with my great grandmothers diamond and I couldnt be happier. I was told by other jewelers that the filagree design I wanted was "too difficult", but not by Bayardo. From the start, Bayardo was confident that we could make the ring of my dreams and he did! I am so amazed at how gorgeous it came out. He was extremely professional and respectful of all my design wishes and gave me some wonderful suggestions on what type of gold to use, etc. I trusted him so much with my special, family diamond. I recently purchased an engagement ring from Hannons. I wanted to design it on my own, and my design required an unusual request. I wanted raw diamonds as accents to the center diamond. The jewelry stores I went to before Hannons were discouraging when it came to my idea and really just tried to convince me that I wanted something they already had. Mr. Bayardo worked with me. He was patient, informative and extremely helpful throughout the process. He made sure I got what I wanted, that it looked great, and that it was high quality. All this to say, I was extremely happy with what he produced, and my fiance loves the ring! I wont go to another jeweler! Mr. Bayardo and his staff are the best!

I loved this place! My (now) husband found Hannons when he was shopping for an engagement ring. I didnt want a diamond, and many places he went were not so friendly to him once they found out they werent selling a giant rock. Hannon took care of my husband. I went back to then have some custom designed work done on my ring and on some jewelry I had inherited. They did a beautiful job. It was a pleasure every time I went in. At one point, I even brought an old sterling silver ring I had that needed a quick repair. They gave the same care to my junk jewelry as they did to my family heirlooms. I have a jeweler for life. Cant say enough wonderful things about this place!

This place has THE BEST customer service Ive every encountered. My now fiancee went here to get a ring custom made for me. He had a diamond ring from his grandfather and wanted to use the gem from that ring to be in my engagement ring. My fiancee knows nothing about jewelry. They were able to help him design a very elegant ring that I absolutely love! It was a little big when he gave it to me and we went back to get it resized. The owner remembered my fiancee and the ring immediately and was able to help us out a ton by getting it resized very quickly so I could show off my ring to my family the next weekend. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
